The Cheat signs his name in l33t, apparently showing off his tech savvy.

"Teh" is not l33t. "Th3" or "T3h" would be l33t. "Teh" is just funky spelling.

The back of Ilko's hair is the same design as the Cheat's.

How is the Ilko easter egg a reference to final fantasy games? I personally don't see the connection.(On a side note, that easter egg gives me the creeps). Perhaps someone would like to elaborate?

Strong Bad saying "Get outta here kid!" to Bubs is a reference to the Thnikkaman's catch phrase "Shut up kid!"

The keytar Bubs plays in this email is a Yamaha SHS-10.

The SHS-10 is a red keytar (a rare silver edition exists), that was considered to be the cheapest midi-controller at the time in the late 80's. At 100$, it was almost a toy-synth but with professional features like midi out , a pitch-bend and a two digits led display. It also has internal sounds and a speaker, so it can play music on its own (unlike many other midi-controller keytars).

In the cassette tape easter-egg tune made by Bubs and Coach Z, one of the two synth instruments is the default SHS-10 instrument number 00, which is called incidentally "synthesizer".: VL-Tone 06:59, 22 Jul 2005 (UTC)
