There's a little pause after the "uh" and the word "good" comes out with a little squeal at the end just like an excited 2 or 3 year old girl might say it. However, based on SB's reax to her, I think he thought she said "ugly" as well! I have a little girl just about Little Girl's age and we constantly misunderstand her.
