Ding! Old-Timey Marzipan is a featured article, which means it showcases an important part of the Homestar Runner body of work and/or highlights the fine work of this wiki. We also might just think it's cool. If you see a way this page can be updated or improved without compromising previous work, feel free to contribute.

Um, how can you tell if she's sweeter?--Hysterical Woman 11:40, 25 Sep 2004 (MST)

Uh, maybe because she hardly says anything? :) Bombcar
Obviously, because while the real Marzipan would insist on some odd kind of health food, 1936 Marzipan is okay with parsnip soup. (In all seriousness, if you want to remove the editorial on how sweet she is, be our guest.) Render
Not sweet. She actually murdered someone. --Jnelson09 22:25, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Sorry to jump in, but who and in which cartoon did she murder? 69.179.130.116 02:29, 1 May 2011 (UTC)
First of all, this discussion is between four and seven years old. I'd hardly call it "jumping in".
Secondly, it was Rumble Red in the Decemberween Short Shorts with the Contraption. Which it actually says in the article, in fact.
It kind of shows how old this discussion is, as the murder hadn't yet taken place when the discussion originally started. --DorianGray 08:52, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Move?

I think the page title of this should be moved to "Marzipan (1936 Character)" Beacause it says in Parsnips-a-Plenty that her name is still Marzipan. Stongbah

Yeah, I think so too. — talk Bubsty edits 20:34, 2 Oct 2005 (UTC)
On second thought, no. Correct me if i'm wrong, but none of the other 1936 characters have a page ending in (1936 Character). It would be hard to search for. — talk Bubsty edits 21:15, 10 December 2005 (UTC)
Yeah, that and Strong Bad is still Strong Bad.--Jnelson09 00:02, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Skeletal system?

Skeledress

Would someone please explain to me how her dress has a skeletal system? I think this should belong in the toon as well. CoveredinSuudzu 01:48, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Well, here's the image... --DorianGray 01:54, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Wow, that's awesome! But where did it come from> CoveredinSuudzu 02:11, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
It can be seen in That A Ghost. You can also see all the characters' skeletons on the Old-Timey Other Costumes page, if you don't want to sit through a whole toon to see them. --DorianGray 02:17, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
'Kay. Should we have this picture and explanation in this article? CoveredinSuudzu 02:18, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
Can't hurt. Might help people out, even. I say go for it. --DorianGray 02:20, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Hokay, done. Sorry it took so long :) CoveredinSuudzu 16:18, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
