Lack of phone

Is this the first time we see the entire table? Marzipan appears to have an answering machine, but no phone.

Wait, Stong?

are we all sure marzipan says "stong" instead of "strong"? because i've listened to the line over and over, and i think i can hear the "r" --Zatchman (Neumannz) 17:26, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

I don't think it's an intentional use of "Stong Sad" though. Sounds more like "stchong" than anything to me. I'd say change it to strong and accept that Missy probably just wasn't focused on enunciating when trying to sound upset. If she had meant it to be stong to bring up a previous reference it would have been more clearly pronounced. DaOysterboy 21:04, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

Intentional or not, it's what she said. Heck, half of the instances of stong are typoes and thus unintentional. This would just be the verbal equivalent of a typo. — Defender1031*Talk 22:36, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

I also hear the "r" in there. It's very subtle, and it's somewhat obscured by Missy's native accent and/or her trying to sound upset, but I definitely hear it in there. Maybe we should put this one to a vote? --Lukeonia1 02:00, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

it's like missy was aiming for an "r" and just didn't quite nail it. i would agree with oysterm'n's take on this, i think she was going for "strong" but it didn't come out clearly enough for us obsessive listeners --Zatchman (Neumannz) 10:34, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

As i said, i don't think it matters what the intention was, but what she actually said. And what's this with people wanting to put stuff to a vote? that's not how this wiki works, people, we rule by consensus. 11:12, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

Shadows?

I don't know how to put this into words, but when Strong Sad's at the toilet there are shadows on the spots where his feet were when he was talking to Homestar. If someone could add that, that would be great. Coach ‎'s Cool! 21:37, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

I wouldn't call them shadows... I think they're more like impressions, coz he stands in that one spot at all other times during the toon. --DorianGray 21:39, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

The most telltale sign is the fact that the "shadows" are not visible in either scene where Strong Sad is there and you can see the floor. Not a Goof. --Jay (Talk) 03:00, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

I'm with the anony that made this edit. Strong Bad says it as "Ella Phantzgerald" and not "elephants-gerald". We should transcribe what he says, and we don't need to point out the play on the word "elephants" (no need to explain the joke, folks). — 75.175.135.173 18:24, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

Is it worth noting that Strong Sad saying, "Sorry, Marzy!" is reminiscent of/a refence to Nibbles' "Sorry, Marshie!" from bottom 10?
