Homestar and Homestar

Now, does this count as an instance of Homestar Runner and Homestar Runner's relationship? The two interact, but unlike the usual gag, there are actually two of them. Notably, the "real" Homestar appears not to recognize the second... --Jay v.2024 (Auld lang syne) 06:21, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Tail end of sounds

When I view the button events, the beginning of the next button's sound plays at the end. Is this only happening to me? I tried reloading and it didn't work. Danny Lilithborne 09:17, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

It's a glitch with certain versions of flash player, happens all the time. Not notable. — Defender1031*Talk 11:00, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Puppets

Isn't the Store puppet the one from that easter egg? (Sorry, forget the email.)

Yes. As the fun facts say, "The second Homestar that appears was previously seen in strong badathlon." --DorianGray 11:07, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Homsar's James

Shouldn't somebody mention that Homsar pronounced "games" on his homepage the same way that Marshie does here?

The mispronunciation of G is noted and its link references Homsar's pronunciation, so I don't think it's necessary. --Mini-Geekt c 14:53, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Unimpressive

So, is anyone else unimpressed by this new Main Page? - Volbeat A The Cheat 11:49, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

This isn't the forums. Sarette 15:00, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
It is now. Oh, and thanks. I'll keep that in mind. -- 10:42, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Little Extras

Don't know how to add this, so I'll post it here.

Homestar bounces to the beat of Everybody Knows it when Toons is rolled over.

He also trembled when he sees Marshie in Games.

Day Trivia?

Does anyone think its noteworthy that this main page was released August 25, and Main Page 24 was released July 24. Coincidence? Probably. But noteworthy? DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 21:13, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Not unless they were ALL like that. they weren't. two doesn't make a pattern. — Defender1031*Talk 21:16, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Main Page 25 Button

The buttons that say 1, 2, 3, etc. all show up except 25. Where's 25?? TheThin 21:20, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Check your cache. (Unless you're looking at main page 23 - the 25 button actually doesn't appear there.) --Jay v.2024 (Auld lang syne) 21:41, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Doesn't work on firefox?

It seems to work fine with ie but not ff? I have a new pc computer. --soce 23:23, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Huh. That's odd. Do you have Flash Player installed (preferably v9)? DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 03:25, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
It works for me. I have version 2.0.0.16. And on my other computer I have version 3.0. It still works. TheThin 14:09, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
3.0.1 working fine over here - Wecannotbesaved 15:36, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Twitch

When you slide your mouse over "e-mail" after the animation homestar jumps a bit - Wecannotbesaved 13:53, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

That's because he was in a different position at the end of the "Email" animation than he was at the start of the Main Page (frame 1). TBC programmed the animation to go back to frame 1 after the animation ended. He does that for most of the animations, too.
I'm aware that's why, but usually the character ends in the same place they started making the transition seamless - Wecannotbesaved 22:40, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah. I just noticed that, too. They must've changed a few of them since I first saw the page. I think its remarkable, now. DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 23:29, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
It also happens before and after games, the rest appear to be fine, should it be mentioned in the wiki? - Wecannotbesaved 12:52, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
Sure! As I said, I (at least) think its remarkable. Go for it. DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 15:32, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Wii broswer glitches

Should we mention the glitches when this is view on Wii browsers, like we did on Main Page 24? - OkayGraphics 22:35, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

I would say yes. Same would go for Somber Vacation too, I think. Octan 22:09, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

mike and matt?

Is it possible that the second homestar was mike? Chipwich 01:25, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
Yes, the second Homestar was definitely voiced by Mike. OptimisticFool 05:55, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

What Deauxregaurd says

I hear Laidy, so perhaps it's "lady". StarFox 05:23, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

It's clearly "whitey". Y'know, coz Homestar's white. It wouldn't be the first time he's referred to him as such, either. --DorianGray 05:26, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

something...

When the alternate Puppet Homestar leaves you can still see part of his hat for 2 seconds. Or 1. Or a split second. Roboblob 13:57, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

Which is it? 2, or 1 or a split second? (just for the record, i played that part frame by frame and i see nothing. — Defender1031*Talk 18:31, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
