One of my favorite things to do on Homestar Runner is to look at the Easter eggs. There are lots of Easter eggs, and they come in several flavors- clickable, keypress, "hidden in the Flash," and secret page Easter eggs. The clickable Easter eggs are the most common, and the easiest to find-- pressing tab reveals them. I don't see a need to make a list of these; it would be a very long and useless article. However, the keypress Easter eggs are much less common and a lot more difficult to discover. That is, I would have never found any of the keypress Easter eggs without the help of the wiki. That's why I think a list of them makes a very useful and interesting page. This is in the spirit of the article [[secret pages]]. I'm about to create an article called Decompiled Flash Easter Eggs with all the same intentions. Leave your thoughts, vote it up, vote it down, or contribute to the list! --{{User:Garfunkel/sig}}

:Okay- I'll wait until a consensus a reached on the fate of this page before creating a similar one for "hidden in the flash" Easter eggs. One thing is, I've had all this information on my talk page since 2006; there are probably more keypress Easter eggs to document, and that would substantiate this list enough to keep it separate from the Easter eggs article. I'll look. --{{User:Garfunkel/sig}} 22:18, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Merge

I think there's some good information here, but I don't think it needs to be on its own page. All or the best parts of it should be merged with Easter Eggs. — It's dot com 22:07, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

That sounds re-ZON-able. — Defender1031*Talk 22:08, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

Explanation for creating the article

One of my favorite things to do on Homestar Runner is to look at the Easter eggs. There are lots of Easter eggs, and they come in several flavors- clickable, keypress, "hidden in the Flash," and secret page Easter eggs. The clickable Easter eggs are the most common, and the easiest to find-- pressing tab reveals them. I don't see a need to make a list of these; it would be a very long and useless article. However, the keypress Easter eggs are much less common and a lot more difficult to discover. That is, I would have never found any of the keypress Easter eggs without the help of the wiki. That's why I think a list of them makes a very useful and interesting page. This is in the spirit of the article secret pages. I'm about to create an article called Decompiled Flash Easter Eggs with all the same intentions. Leave your thoughts, vote it up, vote it down, or contribute to the list! --Garfunkel
