Halloween Toons Template
It really wasn't needed at all, was it? First of all, it wasn't on any other halloween toon. Secondly, it's basically the same thing as Category:Halloween. Any objections? →evin290 11:41, 13 Feb 2005 (MST)
Closed Fun Facts
Politics (DECLINED)
Marzipan's mention that one of the Pom girls was a Republican (and the Republican flag subsequently appearing) is the only reference to real-life politics or political parties on the site.
- Decline. What about Strong Sad as Gorbachev in the same toon? Or Martin Van Buren? Or "herbert hoover?" in Kick the Can? --Trogga 13:07, 3 Feb 2005 (MST)
- Second Trogga's fact. Although there is also Abraham Lincoln's profile in Everybody to the Limit and Fluffy Puff Commercial, as if it matters. --the spludge 16:57, 3 Feb 2005 (CST)
- Decline Unimportant, not interesting, and not even true to boot. Donny vs Universe
- Second. --Upsilon
- Second. --The Real Zajac 16:01, 13 Feb 2005 (PST)
After several weeks of unanimous decline votes, this fact was moved to the Homestarloween Party talk page. →evin290 16:13, 25 Feb 2005 (MST)
CREEPING floating DEATH flashlight
When everyone is telling ghost stories, no one actually holds the flashlight with his or her hands. It just sort of floats in front of everyone. With Homestar, Marzipan, and the King of Town, this makes sense, since none of them have visible hands, but we should see everybody else's hands.
- Decline I suppose that they couldn't be seen holding the flashlight, but their arms could be behind the black circle, so...nope. --acekirby13 17:59, 10 Apr 2005 (MDT)
- Declinez0rs Didn't we already see this? Dasrik 22:09, 11 Apr 2005 (MDT)
- Second I believe so, but apparently the person who posted this goof moved it back when he found it STUFF'd, so it was STUFF'd again. -Upset_Your_Balance *Decline. This is just a continuation of one of the site's longest running gags: none of the characters have a normal physiology. -- The Real Zajac 15:27, 17 Apr 2005
Coach Z's Clock
I checked the clock on Coach Z and It said 4:57 or 4:58. Is the clock broken because the moon is out? Could this be a Triva or a Glitch or a Fun Fact? --Dacheatbot · Communicate
Bubs' Gender
Hey because they are lined up boy girl boy girl and if Homestar is a male would that make bubs a female? do you thinks it could be possible? — Boyfriend dan (Talk | contribs) 06:03, 28 January 2007 (left unsigned)
- Well, as there's only one girl, no one has a lot of options. Anyway, all evidence points to Bubs being of the
blue-headedmale persuasion. --DorianGray
- First of all, Didn't Homestar say that was a "good one?" They were never that way in the first place. — MichaelXX2 15:17, May 28, 2008 (UTC)
TEN deaths?
More like nine to me. let's see, 3 Pom pom girls, 2 pets, boy, girl, robot, goblin... Who's the 10th?! --Addict 2006 21:04, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe if the brain from the kindly old man and the robot count seperately...? --DorianGray 21:26, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
Well, who won?
Did TBC ever reveal which costume won? Bad Bad Guy
- No. But they did reveal which House That Gave Sucky Treats costume won in Halloween Awards Show, if that's any consolation. Vol Chem, 1st Tile of Ical 19:37, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
- That just made me confused that they didn't reveal the winners in chronological order. But that must have been because this is just "send us an email telling us who you like best!" while Sucky Treats was more traditional, "click on the character who you like the best!" so it was easier to count votes. Hey look bubs has no arms
when it's his turn with the flashlight he has no arms! creepy. Plain ol' Foogs ya'll biscutheads 20:12, 19 July 2007 (UTC)
Matt acually reads our stuff?
in the commentary, Matt mentions us.

- That's not the first time. We're probably the most referenced fansite around. :) — SamFisher (Come in, Lambert.) 21:12, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
1st Person
Shouldn't "This is the only time we've seen Coach Z with a full complement of fingers." be changed to "This is the only time Coach Z is seen with a full complement of fingers." so that it isn't in a 1st person perspective?
- Yes. Always remove "we see" type wordings whenever you find them. --DorianGray 03:20, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
The winner of the contest
At the end, it gave you the option of voting on your favorite costume (or something like that). But was there ever any votes and if so, who was the ultimate victor? Anyone know? MHarrington 00:46, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Coach Z not good at stories?
Why come Coach Z doesn't play a part in the story? Wait..why am I asking you guys?
Ahem...I'll reword that....
Ummm....uhhhh...
OKAY! Do you also think it's weird that Coach Z doesn't play a part in the story?
Phew. Solved that.

he cant, hes so drunk on mouth "worsh"
- Without speculating, I will simply say that The Cheat, Strong Mad, Sir Vow-of-Silence and, (assuming he was actually alive offscreen until Email homsar) Homsar did not either. Well, none of them are really coherent, but I think that this is forum talk beyond this point. --Jellote wuz here 18:19, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
- This is great stuff for the forum. Please consider posting speculative questions there. — MichaelXX2 20:14, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
Homsar
Do we really need to point out that Homsar wasn't in this Halloween 'toon? He wasn't even created yet. --Kingdom Stars 15:18, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
- I could go either way, but I lean toward yes. Being the only Halloween toon without Homsar does count for something. — It's dot com 18:57, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
Date
It says "before Tuesday." I checked my pc calendar and scrolled to 2000 october and it WAS a tuesday. I hope this solves everything. — 94.2.3.59 (Talk | contribs) 17:36, 5 January 2021 (UTC) (left unsigned)
- It's known that the date of October 31 that year was Tuesday. What's not known is that that is the exact date this toon was released. DEI DAT VM┌datvm center\super contra┘ 18:15, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
