is it just me, or is Homestar shrinking? has anyone else noticed this?

Uh...

How come I don't see any mention or discussion about Homestar's arms ?!?!? It should say somewhere on his character page one of the following:

1. His arms are invisible (the leading theory)
2. He has no arms
3. TBC left this ambiguous on purpose.
