Muttering
In the bits I've transcribed, I've left out any "um, like, you know", and stuttered words and the like... feel free to go through and add them if you think it's worth the effort... - Sounds good, thanks. Everybody's got their own little way of transcribing, the funny thing about this interview is that half a dozen people have taken turns, meaning the transcribing style changes at least as many times through it.
