Talk:East/West X
From Homestar Runner Wiki
Page Scope
Aside from the question of keeping this page, we need to come up with what appears here. Nothing in real life that involves East or West (West Virginia) should be used unless in strange context. So what should stay and what should go? Also, let it be known I was unable to find all appearences, so the list may be incomplete. --Jellote 18:04, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Needed
I am shocked that this page has yet to have been questioned yet. My friends have told me that making this page would be a bad idea, and I believe them to an extent. Sure, i wouldn't have made this if I did not trust it, it is just I only made this page as I thought there were strange appearences. So I ask, Do we need this? Weak Keep. - Why the crap are you questioning your own page? Usually that's up to DeFender or Dot com to do, not the creator. I personally think this page is worthy of a Strong Keep. — MichaelXX2 19:22, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- Or YK, for that matter, who {{tbd}}s every other new page, as well. But you know, Jellote, you *really* don't have to {{tbd}} every page *you* create. It's actually *not* "standard procedure" here to do that. If you feel a page you've created is worthwhile and contributes to the Wiki, then it's up to someone *else* to question it. If not, you probably shouldn't make it at all. That said, I'm thoroughly neutral on this page; it would neither bother me if it stayed nor upset me if it was deleted. -YK 20:36, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- Let it be known that I know that. THIS TIME it was another friend who told me to put it there. THEY saw me make it and told me it wasn't needed. I told them it was. They said it wasn't and told me to TBD it. The "weak" part in "weak keep" has now been repealed now that they have left. Full on keep. --Jellote 22:03, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- It's a bona-fide running gags, splitting towns and countries into two. What more peculiar, is that there's never a north-south. Keep it and expend it. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 02:45, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
- This discussion is ridiculous. It was started by the creator who thinks it should be kept. And nobody opposes. I'm removing the tag. Loafing 06:59, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
