Shut Up, Lady

After a voiceover comment by a soft-voiced woman, another character, most often Strong Bad, will sometimes exclaim, "Shut up, lady!" Her most common comment is "that looks sinful", referring to food or food-like substances that seem bad for one's health.

- Email bottom 10 — An off-screen woman asks if a chocolate dessert is fat-free.
- Email your funeral — An off-screen woman comments that Strong Bad looks "so peaceful" in death.
- Email licensed — An off-screen woman tells her friend, Vera, that the Biscuitdoughhandsman paper towels are "exorbitantly absorbent".
- Email dictionary — An off-screen woman comments on a dictionary covered in butterscotch sauce. In this instance, Strong Bad says "Shut up, Shut Up Lady", possibly addressing the character as the "Shut Up Lady".
- @StrongBadActual — Strong Bad has twice responded to a comment with "Shut up, lady!". The first time was when a user named @Paunchberry posted a picture of a dessert, commenting that "that looks sinful". The second time was when a user named @CamTroid replied to a Tweet with the lady's line from licensed.

- Disk 4 of 12 - World Games — When an off-screen woman starts to comment on the "ambrosia salad"-like cliffs, Strong Bad warns, "Watch it, lady!" The lady then admits that she "can't even fake it with that stuff" anyway.

- The House That Gave Sucky Tricks — After an off-screen woman comments that the two-star bed and breakfast is "so charming", Bubs, Coach Z and Strong Bad reply "Shut up, lady!" simultaneously.
- Email parenting — After an off-screen woman starts talking about eating a cigar, the disclaimer next to the kids' menu tells her to shut up.
- Dangeresque: The Roomisode Triungulate Trailer — The trailer announcer tells an off-screen woman to shut up after she suggests that the games "sound expensive".
