Se�or (also known as Se�or Havin' A Little Trouble) is the little blue guy who tried to enter The Strongest Man in the World Contest, but was crushed by 21 grapes. It is no wonder why he lost - his arms freely slide around on his body. He dances by raising his arms and sliding them up and down.
He has thrice appeared since the Original Book: (1) he's seen standing on the sidelines in the Strong Bad Email flashback; (2) in the audience at the stadium in Marshmallow's Last Stand; and (3) being badly injured along with Mr. Bland by Bubs' Concession Stand in the email origins.
He can regularly be seen dancing with The Prince of Town on Main Page 20.
