Punch-Out!! is a series of boxing video games developed by Nintendo. The series, and more notably Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!, has been referenced throughout the Homestar Runner body of work.

- Email montage — An Easter egg shows a parody of the training scene from Punch-Out!!, complete with Strong Bad wearing Little Mac's hoodie.
- Email rock opera — The pixellated hoodie-wearing Strong Bad reappears.
- Disk 4 of 12 - World Games — The same animation is used again, with Strong Bad also humming the music used in the game.
- Email yes, wrestling — Homestar Runner's theme song is a slowed-down version of the main theme.
