Muffins are a common food item in the Homestar Runner universe. It appears that they show up in strange ways.

• Experimental Film — A blueberry muffin appears during the video. In the commentary, Homestar Runner says he wants to go get one.
• Email pom pom — Homestar mentions "dot muffin" as a possible URL ending.
• Videro Games — The Bald Guy and Wilbur are standing next to a box of "Congraturations", which resemble muffins.
• Puppets on the Road — Mike Chapman offers Homestar a poppy seed muffin.
• Email bedtime story — Strong Bad sings a song about bran muffins while Strong Mad "plays" a chainsaw.
• Email road trip — In the first commentary, Karen Wagner remarks about Homestar eating all the muffins in an empty field.
• DNA Evidence — Damp Towel Man's nemesis's name is Dry Ragamuffin.
• Email rated — The "Women's Penitentiary Bakesale Nightmare" introduces "Muffins O".
• Homestar Ruiner — As he's waking up, Strong Bad claims he was dreaming about muffins.
• Baddest of the Bands — Marzipan belives that Strong Sad is using his cover as an aspiring music journalist to raid her kitchen and eat all her bran muffins.
• Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective — Dangeresque, after speaking to all five informants, claims he has to clear the muffins out of the pantry.
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 17.2 — Strong Bad exclaims, "OH DANG MUFFINS PIE À LA MODE!", excited about his April Fools' Day prank.
