- Toons — The Homestar Runner says "Cartoons!" and then the duck on his shirt quacks twice.
- Games — The Homestar Runner says "Play a game" as The Grape Fairie's fat bee buzzes by.
- Characters — The Homestar Runner says "Meet the characters" as The Cheat flies out of a pile of grapes.
- Downloads — The Homestar Runner says "Some downloads" and then Strong Bad appears and says "I can touch my toes. 1, 2, 3." while touching his toes.
- Store — The Homestar Runner says "Go to the store" as The Prince of Town and Señor dance to a remix of the original intro music, played on the extremely expensive Jam Box. The Prince of Town then says, "Crank it Señor, this here is the joint!"

- Nine seconds after rolling over Store, the song will fade in and play again, and The Prince of Town will repeat his line.
- The Original Intro tune is spiced up with an Amen Break.
Inside References
- The Cheat flying out of the pile of grapes is a reference to Strong Bad's revision of the original Homestar Runner book, which is found as an Easter egg at the end of kids' book.
