Joy of Painting is an Easter Egg on the Toons Page. There's a preview on it on the video tape at the bottom of the Telebision that has a yellow lable that says "Joy of Painting".
The reason why it isn't clickable is because on The FAQ, it says that The Brother Chaps only made it to show Marzipan with an afro on a beard, and nothing more.
