There have been an equal number of cases where Strong Mad and Homestar Runner get along and not getting along. In Play Date, Strong Mad seems to like Homestar, as he is disappointed to be leaving at the end of the cartoon. Most of the time that Strong Mad is antagonistic towards Homestar, it is mainly because of his greater loyalty to his brother Strong Bad.
