Has Matt? is the HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) "team" called to hose down Strong Bad after he made a slit in his couch that emanated a stench of "biblical proportions" in couch patch.

The team seems to consist entirely of The Poopsmith, wearing a blue hazmat suit labeled "HAS MATT?" He wields a garden hose with which to hose down any persons exposed to dangerous chemicals and/or stenches.
