A user recently wrote a link to a deleted page. The link, "my dot com", would logically autoredirect to "My Dot Com" if this page existed. Since "My Dot Com" has been deleted, it has the deleted page warning if you try to re-create the page. I noticed that clicking the "my dot com" red link didn't give such a warning, and I had to dig in the deletion log to determine which version had been deleted before. Is this a quirk that could be dealt with? 01:58, 18 May 2019 (UTC)

This may not be an easy issue to fix (or if it should be fixed in the first place), but I wanted to at least document it here:  We've found that when a page links to itself using autoredirect (and it's supposed to disable and bold the link) the wiki engine does not detect this and keeps the link normal.  This was seen in the templates Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits and Limozeen when linking to the pages for Moving Very Slowly (video) () and Nite Mamas (karaoke) () in the former template, and NITE MAMAS () in the latter. --Stux 16:55, 19 May 2019 (UTC)
