HOMESTAR RUNNER: In the not-too-distant future,
Free Country, USA
I invaded Strong Bad's house
And overwelcomed my stay!
Just a regular fugitive-at-large
Hiding from a public nudity charge
Strong Bad was mad he lost the race,
STRONG BAD: {interrupting} So I conked him on the noggin
And punched him in the face!
STRONG BAD: I check stupid emails
The worst I'm assigned. (La-la-la)
Watch me sit and check them all,
And deteriorate your mind. (la-la-la)
Now keep in mind Homestar can't control
Where his pummeling begins or ends (la-la-la)
Me and my on-point posse
Will keep him from making friends!
ANNOUNCER: Strong Bad's Posse:
Strong Mad! (BREAKING STUFF!)
The Cheat! (Mehmehmehmeh!)
Senor Cardgage! (Oh, Grendolyn...)
Buuuubs! (That's fifty bucks!)
STRONG BAD: If you're wondering how he eats and breathes
and other science crap, (la la la)
Just repeat to yourself, "Homestar should've checked
Before I lured him into a trap

{song ends. Scene switches to Strong Bad and Strong Sad in the basement, watching the theme song on the Telebision}
STRONG SAD: Now wait a minute! When I wanted to make an {pronouncing oddly} homage to the original Star Trek, you said science fiction was for nerds, and threw a tricorder at me!
STRONG BAD: You can seek out new life and new civilisations on your own nerdy time. This {indicates television} is about making fun of people! And I fully intend to make fun of all the cartoons on this website! {jumps off the couch and begins walking towards the door}
STRONG SAD: ...But aren't most of the site's cartoons your emails?
STRONG BAD: ...Aw, crap! I forgot about that part!
{Bubs peeks in, wearing a golden net-like piece of headgear}
BUBS: Hey, Strong Bad! We're all set up in the screening room whenever you're ready.
STRONG BAD: No, forget it, guys. I'm not going to help you make fun of my emails.
BUBS: Forget that! This equipment cost me an arm and a leg! Do you know how hard those are to find around here? We'll do this with or without you, Strong Bad!
STRONG MAD: {from other room} TAPE-LEG!
STRONG BAD: All right, all right! At least let me make some popcorn. Which I intend to chew loudly enough to drown out your comments. {reluctantly follows Bubs out}
{Strong Sad looks around, then begins talking to himself, as if into a headset microphone}
STRONG SAD: Captain's Blog. Stardate, 3.14159: As my latest encounter drew to a close, I began to feel as if I was in hostile territory—
{Strong Sad is interrupted by a phaser flying out from the doorway Strong Bad left from and hitting him in the head}
STRONG SAD: OW! ...Yup, definitely hostile.
{End screen on the logo again.}

- This video is largely a parody of the opening sequence to Mystery Science Theater 3000. It bears the closest resemblence to the season 5-6 theme song (the line "conked him on the noggin" is the key).
