The sandbox is a page that anyone can edit for the purpose of experimenting with Wikicode. It is often used when a newbie or anonny doesn't know what the crap they're doing. It is also sometimes used by more experienced users to do awexome stuff. This is usually a sign that they have too much time on their hands.
