Genghis Khan was a Mongolian warlord in the 12th and 13th centuries known for his conquest of most of Asia and Europe. His name is mentioned occasionally in the Homestar Runner body of work.

- Email lady...ing — The game in the floppy disk container is Genghis Khan, and clicking on it reveals an Easter egg depicting a bottle of "Genghis Khan for Women" aftershave lotion.
- Homestar Ruiner — One comment Strong Bad may make while playing Snake Boxer 5 is, "Oh, I must be some kind of King Cobra, or Czar Cobra...or Genghis Cobra!"
