I was pretty sure I noted that we don't need to upload songs such as this. They're right in the toon. And the big concern is for copyrights and such. I don't see how this can be fair use. Any comments? -- Tom 05:31, 31 Jan 2005 (MST)

I posted a reply on the Songs talk page, but I'll say it again here. I just misread your response. I'm sorry :-/. I thought that since it was a full length song, and it ISN'T easily accessable on it's own (if you want to listen to it, you have to watch the entire email first.) I thought that it would be acceptable. Also, I didn't think it would violate copyright laws. Nobody pays for access to homestarrunner.com. They're basically giving it away for free. I didn't realize it violates copyright laws to give away for free what was given to you for free. Sorry if I did something and if I'm annoying you with all these questions.
