How should I tag this? I've decided to stop guessing when I don't know/I don't want to make a new tag and category for just a few images. — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 23:01, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

Jesse Brink wrote for Martha Stewart Living prior to April 2004. At that time, she left MSL because she was named editor-in-chief of LA Architect magazine, a narrowly read, 5,500-circulation publication. I'm willing to bet this is from Martha Stewart Living. I think because of our purposes of nonprofit critical commentary, considering that this is very small in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole, and the value of such an image to the article (Trogdor was in Martha Stewart Living!), we can use this image under fair use. -- Tom 02:04, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
