I know, it wouldn't let me upload in PNG because it was to large in file size, so I guessed this would count as a "live action toon" because it's a real world image. Bluebry 17:42, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

No, it's still an image in a Flash toon, and PNG would look better. It will still let you upload a large image, it just suggests that you don't.
