The font Forte, used in the First Time Here? welcome speech.
Note that the apostrophe was originally missing, but has been added to make the image grammatically correct. After all, if you want it to be possessive, it's just "I-T-S", but if it's supposed to be a contraction then it's "I-T-apostrophe-S". Scalawag.
