- This paper has no official name. "Envelope Paper" is a simple description.
The Envelope Paper is an interdepartmental Manila envelope with "click HERE to email strong bad" written on its flap. Only the section marked "HERE" is actually clickable. It was used to act as a "Paper" in imaginary after The Paper and/or New Paper disintegrated in the previous email, hremail3184. In independent, the Envelope Paper was replaced with the current paper, Compé-per.
