This project was proposed at the same time as the subtitles project, and it seems the wiki only had enough power for one of these projects. Feel free to be bold and start creating spoken articles — they'll be better than my attempt, I'm sure. And sorry, but what are you afraid of? Deletion

Now that this project has been terminated/abandoned/left for dead, shouldn't this page and the spoken article files be deleted? We could use What links here to make sure the project leaves no traces... >_> — ^Sam_{Fisher (Come in, Lambert.)} 01:48, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

At very least, the discussion is good to keep around for future reference. In my opinion, there's no pressing reason to delete the audio files that currently exist either. I'm sure they're not being mass-downloaded, so they're not a bandwidth concern — it's only if this project got off the ground that we would face those issues. Trey56 01:51, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

Well, I guess you raise a good point, in case the discussion is ever accidentally revived or if there are any "wiki historians" out there. It's sort of a habit of mine to always throw away things that aren't needed. You could say it is a little bloodthirsty of me to try to get all these pages deleted, but I thought "Hey, since the project was officially dropped for good, these pages are completely useless." — ^Sam_{Fisher (Come in, Lambert.)} 02:02, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
