On AlbinoBlackSheep.com, there are many sightings embedded in its user-created flash cartoons. For example, on one particular Animutation, there is a screenshot from "StrongBadZone", where "STINY! GET ME A DANISH!" can be heard. <!-- And which one would that be? -->

*During the episode "Bloo's Brothers" a Bloo clone that looks very similar to Homestar appears very briefly. This version reappears in a mini-game in the lost game, "Big Fat Awesome House Party".
 +
*The ending of the episode "A Sight For Sore Eyes" is very similar to Old Intro 2.
 +
*In "Duchess of Wails", there's an orange imaginary friend that looks like Trogdor.
 +
*In "Infernal Slumber", both Bloo and Goo talk about "killer Pooooooosssssssumssss", dragging the word out much like in Teen Girl Squad Issue 3, (Goo pronounces it exactly like Strong Bad).
 +
*In "Squeakerboxxx", one of the prizes is a clock that looks exactly like Strong Bad's, complete with 12:00 as the time.
 +
*In the episode "Land of the Flea", Frankie apologizes to Eduardo and says, "We're sorry, for reals this time". Also in that same episode, one of Eduardo's fleas holds up a news paper and says "Eggs tree, eggs tree", much like that of Homsar.

Additionally, the filename of the aforementioned Animutation is a giveaway that the creator is a fan of Homestar Runner.

An episode of the show's ninth season involves a sketch of a SWAT team killing off the residents of Free Country USA for the characters being an "illegal embargo" for 20 years. Upon arrival, Strong Bad kicks the Cheat for safety (fate unknown), the King of Town shoots himself, and Strong Mad charges towards the soldiers but gets shot down. Homestar runs off and prepares but gets shot upon running away, and Frank Benedetto also gets shot. At an interrogation office, Homestar is bandaged and Strong Bad is handcuffed. Homestar is allowed to roam free because he's white but Strong Bad stays at the SWAT prison due to being a Mexican wrestler. Homsar ends the sketch by saying "DaaAAAaaaAAA! Make America great again!"

*In "Car" (v1), there is an Easter egg at the end. Click on the note on the box. There is a reference to Homestar Runner on the note.
+
-
*In "Recap", there is a passing reference to Strong Bad making video games. This episode came out not long after the email video games, so that's probably what it refers to.
+
-
*In "Morbid" (v1), Joel dies and goes to hell. Phil and Elly then die so they can rescue him, and while there, they meet Strong Bad, Homestar, and Coach Z. Apparently, Strong Bad got sick of the 'boxing glove emails' and jumped into a lake of fire, and Homestar and Coach Z followed. After they rescue Joel, Phil starts typing on a Compy 386 about how Bubs won the race, and Strong Sad shows up. (This episode was later removed, then changed in order to avoid legal trouble.) Despite the episode being changed, the season 2 intro still features the removed Strong Sad clip.

A Cartoon About Nothing!
+
-
*In "Stickman Vs. The Dot (New Version)", there are two Teen Girl Squad references. When the shark chomps into the cannon, the caption "Chomp!" is displayed, complete with AhnbergHand font. Also, when The Dot erases the shark, it displays the caption "ERASE'd!"
+
-
*In "The Fun, Fun, Fun Cartoon Show!", one of the "subliminal messages" is "Get ye flask." A list of subliminal messages can be seen in an Easter egg at the end of the cartoon.
+
-

+
-
Cartoon'd
+
-
The name itself is a reference to Teen Girl Squad, especially its tendency to add a "-'d" to the end of words, and in the second episode the cartoon is affected by a virus. There's a reference to Homestar Runner in which one of the main characters is stuck on a page from StrongBadZone with the caption "Your head a splode" then he is knocked over. Also, another main character is stuck on a  desktop where we can see a Homestar icon. In addition, the entire cartoon is based on the HRWiki forums.
+
-
Lastly, when they are fighting, one of the characters uses an attack called "Foot in Mouth Disease", which may be a reference to Bug in Mouth Disease.  However, this phrase (in and of itself a pun on Foot and Mouth Disease) has been in use for many years, having been used to describe poor verbal choices by Bill Clinton, George Bush and a host of others.  Thus the relationship to Homestar Runner is questionable.

The end also borrows "Because, It's Midnite" and credits Limozeen.  Additionally, when they are talking about how Samus is defenseless without her suit, zoom in on the second shelf to see a book, "The Homestar Runner Enters the Strongest Man in the World Contest". Finally, at the beginning when they say, "We still have dessert!" and hold up the cookies, the sound when 1-up finishes his level in Stinkoman 20X6 is heard.

At the end of the movie, if the viewer clicks on the fine print giving homestarrunner.com some credit, there is a funny Homestar-Metroid crossover. They also mention "E3 20X6". In addition to all of that, if the commentary is watched, it mentions that the creator of these toons got the inspiration for the "Claymation Simulator" from Strong Mad's Doug the Dino in the facts. Also, in Fox McCloud's drawing, there is a book called "TROGDOR The Musical". The back of the book reads, "The Burninator himself stars in his first-ever musical that won three Academy awards and a couple of free coffees at Starbucks. Experience the magic, the majesty, the consummate V's!". The creator also mentions 20X6 at the end of the movie.

*For the website's 2005 April Fools' Day prank, they replaced the front page with a fake MySpace page for the character, Clarence. Clarance has no friends in the cartoon series, so his friends list on his fake MySpace page is filled with pictures of himself in disguises. One disguise is the King of Town, complete with crown, beard and mustache. Also, the name listed for that "friend" is "City Sovren" [sic], a parody of the name "King of Town". An archive of that April Fools' prank can be found here.

Big City Greens

In the episode "Paint Misbehavin'," Tilly Green prepares Bill Green a cup of skim milk and gummi bears. Later in the episode, a rendering of Trogdor is seen in an art gallery.

Clarence

One episode of Season 3 is called "Valentimes".

Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends

This should be self explanatory.
 • During the episode "Bloo's Brothers" a Bloo clone that looks very similar to Homestar appears very briefly. This version reappears in a mini-game in the lost game, "Big Fat Awesome House Party".
 • The ending of the episode "A Sight For Sore Eyes" is very similar to Old Intro 2.
 • In "Duchess of Wails", there's an orange imaginary friend that looks like Trogdor.
 • In "Infernal Slumber", both Bloo and Goo talk about "killer Pooooooosssssssumssss", dragging the word out much like in Teen Girl Squad Issue 3, (Goo pronounces it exactly like Strong Bad).
 • In "Squeakerboxxx", one of the prizes is a clock that looks exactly like Strong Bad's, complete with 12:00 as the time.
 • In the episode "Land of the Flea", Frankie apologizes to Eduardo and says, "We're sorry, for reals this time". Also in that same episode, one of Eduardo's fleas holds up a news paper and says "Eggs tree, eggs tree", much like that of Homsar.

Megas XLR

In an episode called "Breakout", Coop tried to use an attack called Double Deuce by jumping and putting two fists in front of him.

My Gym Partner's a Monkey

 • At one point in the episode called "Making the Grade", Jake Spidermonkey says Homsar's line from Where's The Cheat?: "I just lost my jenga jam."

The Proud Family

 • In one episode, a character presses the Delete key, and the screen flashes, "DELETED," in the Tandy's font.

Robot Chicken

- When asked about the sketch on Twitter, Strong Bad replied back saying that "nobody paid me nothing or asked permission or anything" and that he mostly hates chickens, especially in a pan.

Star vs. The Forces of Evil

In the season 2 episode Spider With a Top Hat, the aforementioned spider summons several 6-packs of Cold Ones. The packaging is different from the classic look, but the name is the same.

Unikitty!

The episode "Film Fest" caps off Unikitty and Puppycorn's film with the words "It's over!" drawn on loose leaf lined paper, in reference to the Teen Girl Squad ending.

WALL-E

In the featurette "WALL-E and Eve", when it cuts to Austin Lee, a The Cheat can be seen in the background (to the right of his head)
