He was played by James Harris, whose wrestling career began in 1978 when he made his ring debut in Greenwood, Mississippi. He wrestled throughout the south under a variety of aliases, most notably as Sugar Bear Harris. In England during the '80s he was known as The Mississippi Mauler.
