Kevin is an anonymous person who's mentioned in various toons.
Kevin DuBrow is the name that Homestar Runner would have had to change his name to if he was unable to "be's cool" in the bet.
In geddup noise, a radio announcer calls Homestar "Kevin".
Kevin is also a hot-sounding guy who calls Marzipan in Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 6.
