*The [[Floppy Disk Container|disks]] read "Future Wars", an old DOS point-and-click adventure game.
*The Lappy was mentioned in the commentary on the DVD for the email [[invisibility]] when the Tandy was replaced by the Compy.
*Strictly speaking, we shouldn't be able to see Strong Bad's reflection in Lappy's screen, because laptop screens aren't shiny like CRT screens are.
*Strong Bad urges viewers to check out the Lappy's "speculations" rather than "specifications." This may be a reference to [[Senor Cardgage]]'s bizarre usage of common words.
*One of Strong Bad's picks of animal accessories and options is listed as "Segmented Eyes," although he evidently meant "[[Wikipedia:Compound eye|Compound Eyes]]" in his trademark lingo.
*Since the proboscis is where the monstrosity's nose should be, it shouldn't prevent him from speaking at all, but it does anyway.

*The buzz sound from the TV and Strong Bad's quote "Survey Says... You're an idiot!" are references to Family Feud.
