I think that the black water could be making a joke about boats. If you pull the cap on a big ship (Much like the plug in the little door to the fuel "chamber" on the side of your car. I reworded the fact. I still don't quite agree that it's remarkable, but I think the reword better expresses what is being remarked upon without having to invisicomment it.
:If somebody wants to put it in the transcript, I say knock yourself out, but it makes no sense to comment on the fact that a piece of cilantro that's been stuck in Homestar's teeth for two weeks is still there a few seconds before he finds out about it. What is the point? Besides, it's visually apparent, so if it's going to go anywhere, it should be in the transcript. Actually, if you have Firefox, open candy product and underlings in 2 tabs, pause at the newspape parts, and flip between them. Now that I do that, Strong Bad's eyes have gotten beadier and the black of his mask is darker. The shading diff is unmistakable, and the silver thing is definitely smaller {{User:Dr._Clash/sig}} 20:30, 7 May 2007 (UTC)

Ok, i just looked at the full size versions of these pictures. the new one has:
*A narrower and more rounded bottom shadow on the blue thing
*Narrower eyes
*Darker "black" area
*Wider and darker right shadow for "black" area (old one was #151515 new is #000000, true black)
*Darker streak on left (#454545 vs. #343434)

Just to clarify, what I was trying to say earlier was that the frames themselves were on different magnifications, i.e., Strong Bad's face was closer to the camera in the first shot than in the second, not that the screenshots were modified so that one was more zoomed out. Besides, all the other changes are WAY too subtle to be notable, I think - you can hardly even see some of them. I just don't think any of these observations are worth noting in the article, and if that's not the purpose of this discussion, then why is it here instead of in the forums? They're both band names, they're apparently both indie band names (based on the haircut on the CD cover), they have the same rhythm, the word "social" is the same, the words "sun" and "scene" are very similar... I mean, why would the Bros. Chaps make the easter egg for "Awkward Social Sun" be a CD cover if they didn't have Broken Social Scene in mind?

Don't you think it should be a real-world reference when he says Lost....Vikings at the end? Really? Close enough for me. The Vikings were located outside of Halifax and also on the north island. They coulden't get to the mainland by land beacase of the Natives, and not by sea because of Ferocious Tides; so basically it was to them. Once a few weeks goes by, there will be enough time passed that I can make up an alibi if anyone at work confronts me on making it public in the real world that I submitted the email.

The words tact and professionalism were used in this exchange (he was an English major). That night, when I got home, I had just visited H*R and thought to myself, "What would Strong Bad suggest?" I had addressed it that night in a highly awkward meeting and knew Strong Bad had to live with Strong Mad and had mentioned SM's smelly singlet in a prior email. On a whim, I sent the email. The email was written first. The final two additions were the catchy subject line (which took longer to write than the email), and the signature. I had planned on using my real name (see above link), but remembered that Annis (pronounced ANN-ISS) is easily mispronounced as "anus" and Strong Bad liked making fun of names. I signed off using the handle I have used for years, which is a reference to PBS' Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego. It was obscure enough to not be taken on Fark.com (Plastic Diver Guy there) so I ran with it. I currently play on the MSN Gaming Zone (usually poker) as PlasticDiverGuy (15 char. limit there so no spaces) and on the Neverwinter Nights server [http://www.arelith.com Arelith] as PlasticDiverGuy (also my forum name there). I used it on my WAYN profile for kicks. I haven't updated that in years. For those who are wondering where the blurb at the end about Opera's email client, I deleted that for the sake of saving space and TBC's time.

A "trouper" is a reliable, uncomplaining, hardworking person, like Lil' Brudder. It can also refer to a member of an acting troupe, but not here.

A "trooper" originally meant a member of the calvary. From that it came to mean a mounted police officer, and then later a state police officer who operates from his or her car. (Since cars are mounts like horses.)

Lil' Brudder is a "trouper," not a "trooper."

People keep changing the transcript. Strong Bad says that Lil' Brudder is "such a trouper." People keep changing it to "trooper."
A "trouper" is a reliable, uncomplaining, hardworking person, like Lil' Brudder. It can also refer to a member of an acting troupe, but not here.

A "trooper" originally meant a member of the calvary. From that it came to mean a mounted police officer, and then later a state police officer who operates from his or her car. (Since cars are mounts like horses.)

Lil' Brudder is a "trouper," not a "trooper."
