People keep changing the transcript. Strong Bad says that Lil' Brudder is "such a trouper." People keep changing it to "trooper."
A "trouper" is a reliable, uncomplaining, hardworking person, like Lil' Brudder. It can also refer to a member of an acting troupe, but not here.

A "trooper" originally meant a member of the calvary. From that it came to mean a mounted police officer, and then later a state police officer who operates from his or her car. (Since cars are mounts like horses.)

Lil' Brudder is a "trouper," not a "trooper."
