:::::::::I don't think this is comparable to previous situations at all. The Cheat here does something completely out of the ordinary. In general, his vowels are always variants on "eh" or "er", but here he makes a clear "O" sound. Likewise, for his second syllable, he uses a "k" consonant, which is not in the Cheat's normal phonology either. I think it's quite clear that TBC meant this one to be unambiguous. 04:58, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
::::::::::I disagree. I think it's still just The Cheat in his own language. Just because we think he said that does not make it so. Also, notice the angry black squiggle. == Fun Facts ==

Trivia
*The colors of the King of Town's crown are reversed compared to his crown's color scheme in all of his subsequent appearances.
Remarks
*In the commentary, Strong Bad says Homestar never graduated from anything in his life. The position of his tassel, over the right eye, traditionally signifies that a person has not received a degree (yet).
*In the commentary, Strong Bad saying that Homestar probably can't read is incorrect, for Homestar shows his reading and writing skills in several places, including credit card, anything and 50 emails. Homestar's literacy is also tested in Arcade Game and Cool Things.
*In the Olde version, we actually see the King of Town's mouth under the moustache when he belches.
*The storyboards depict the Poopsmith having a speaking part. Apparently, he was originally going to respond to Homestar's question with a simple "Nope". It also shows the second P in Poopsmith crossed out and replaced with an H, indicating that the Brothers Chaps may have initially renamed him the "Poohsmith", but this name isn't used anywhere else, suggesting the consideration to rename the character "Poohsmith" was abandoned altogether.

Inside References
*The Hornblower plays the Homestar Runner Theme Song on the horn to call Homestar.
*The King of Town's answering machine is the same type that Marzipan uses in the first eight installments of Marzipan's Answering Machine.

Real-World References
{the toon opens with the title "Summer Short Shorts" on a photo of blue shorts. Cut to Marshmallow's Last Stand. The camera pans across the table, which is littered with french fries and ketchup}

STRONG BAD: C'mon, The Cheat! You can do one more! Just one more!

{the camera zooms out, showing The Cheat sitting opposite Strong Bad at the table, with Strong Mad behind Strong Bad. The Cheat's mouth is crammed full of fries, and he is whimpering}

STRONG BAD: {pops up near The Cheat, wearing a brown hat} {speaking quickly} Oh, have you heard the latest news? {sits back down} I heard the latest news, it was that you could do one more! One more!

{The Cheat whimpers and spits a few fries onto the table}

STRONG BAD: Strong Mad, tell your girlfriend to do one more.

STRONG MAD: SHE'S GONNA BLOW!!

{Homestar Runner runs up, dressed as a waiter, with a brown cap that says 'egg.' on it}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {a little quickly} Eggs, can I get you gentlemen anything else?

{Homestar holds up a red clown shoe, and a large daisy rises from inside it}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Budeling!

{cut back to the title screen}

{cut to a Powered by The Cheat landscape, showing a volcano and the caption "The Millionzoic Era". Cut to a scene showing a prehistoric Marzipan and Homestar, with a tar pit next to them}

PBTC CAVEMAN HOMESTAR: {spits green bubbles while he talks} Ooga, ooga. My breath, it stinks.

PBTC CAVEWOMAN MARZIPAN: {turns to the left, away from Homestar} Uh-huh!

PBTC CAVEMAN HOMESTAR: Real, real bad!

{a pterodactyl with Coach Z's hat flies in from the right}

PBTC COACH Z DACTYL: Helicopta fly!<!--not quite sure about this. Could be "well, I've got to fly" or something--> {flies off to the left}

{A caveman Strong Bad enters from the mountains. He lands in the tar pit, which splashes Homestar and turns into a skull, which sticks to Homestar}

PBTC CAVEMAN STRONG BAD: Ooga. Me want set your face on fire.

PBTC CAVEMAN HOMESTAR: What's fire?

PBTC CAVEWOMAN MARZIPAN: It sounds fun! Oo-ga! {jumps}

{A large The Cheat-like dinosaur runs by from the right. It then clamps its mouth around the volcano and begins "drinking" from it, accompanied by glugging noises. The Cheatsaurus then turns and breathes fire over the group, scorching them. Marzipan turns into a drumstick with its tongue sticking out, Homestar into a smiling steak with a gold tooth, and Strong Bad merely blackens}

PBTC CAVEMAN MARZIPAN AND HOMESTAR: Aaaah!

PBTC CAVEMAN STRONG BAD: Oh, me too! {turns into a dish with a lobster tail on it} I am not exempt!

PBTC COACH Z DACTYL: {pokes head in} Hey, did you see that? The Cheatasaurus can do it again!

{cut back to the title screen}

{open with a few shots of leaves, then focus in on Pom Pom's head. He opens his eyes, then leaps out of a bush and jumps upwards. He does a brief pose before falling back down again. He lands on a tree branch, then begins to leap forward from branch to branch. He lands on the ground, and pops a bo staff out of himself. He twirls the staff as pictures of bamboo and a wave <!--I believe this is Hokusai's "Great Wave" painting-->appear behind him. He then jumps up. Cut to a long shot of him arcing over Strong Badia and Bubs' Concession Stand. He then lands lightly next to Coach Z. He pops out a deodourant stick out of himself, and tosses it to the coach}

COACH Z: Thanks for the smell-cakes, Pom Pom! But next time could you dispense with all the flyin' whozits?!

{Pom Pom pulls out a small smoke bomb and throws it on the ground in front of him. When the smoke clears, Pom Pom has vanished}

{cut back to the title screen}

{cut to a black screen, while red and green lasers arc from the top and bottom of the screen. Guitar music begins, while the Limozeen logo appears in bright yellow. The logo splits, and an image of Larry<!--assumed, as he's the vocalist--> appears. It changes colour, as a pair of feminine legs in fishnet walk by. Three images of Larry playing guitar appear, which meld into one of him leaping into a power chord. The words "BRAIN SISTER" rise from the bottom as Larry jumps offscreen. A calculator displaying 3.14 appears, and an outline of Texas draws itself around it. Several images of a brain, Larry(?), guitars, and the ZEEN part of the logo flash past in front of a crowd, until Larry zooms forward, surrounded by stars and playing guitar. More images of Larry's head flash in front of the crowd, as the lasers start again. The calculator flashes by, and the legs walk out, with a brain perched on top of them. They walk by a Limozeen amp as the song ends. The Limozeen logo flashes briefly}

LARRY PALARONCINI: {singing} <!--Lyrics to come-->

{cut back to the title screen}

{open in a barroom-type scene. Homestar and Pom Pom are seated at the bar. Both have an 'Old One bottle, and there is a bowl of peanuts on the table}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Seriously, Pom Pom. {gesturing with bottle} You and me, we're like two breads in a biscuit. {pokes the bottle in Pom Pom's face} Two breads in a biscuit! I'm gonna make a T-shirt! {leans in close} No, wait! You and me? {crouches to look at peanuts} We're like this bowl of mayonnaise here. {points at Pom Pom with the bottle} You're the bowl, coz you're a big, round, fat guy. {Pom Pom looks angry. Homestar sits up again, now pointing at self} And I'm the mayonnaise, coz I'm smart as peanuts. That'll make a good T-shirt too. Oop, no, wait! Before you strangle me again... You and me? {pulls the napkin out from under his bottle} Soggy napkins.

Fun Facts
Trivia
*The photos used for the background of the CD/Cassette/8-track cover have "corbis.com" in the bottom left corner of them. (It's most noticeable on the 8-Tracks: just zoom in.)
*In older versions of the Flash, the phone number at the end was 1-800-BAD-SONG. That was changed because it turned out that was a real number for a Limousine service in the New York area.
*There is another title in the song list that was never shown in the toon. It's called "Keep On Keepin' It On (I Am So Awesome)". A screen capture is shown.
*Mike Chapman is the voice of Announcer 2.
*At the end, the commentator says to call 1-800-428-64 tooty-two. This phone number actually belongs to Tank Technologies and Supply in Rogers, MN, assuming tooty-two is 22.
*Three records (LPs) would equal 135 minutes of music (2 hours, 15 minutes).
*Seven CDs worth of songs would equal, at most, 560 minutes of music (9 hours, 10 minutes).
*Twelve cassette tapes would equal 1080 minutes of music (18 hours).
*Thirty 8-track tapes would equal up to 1200 minutes of music (20 hours).

Remarks
*Strong Mad's eyebrows are gray for this cartoon.
*The phone number at the end is 13 digits long. Standard phone numbers in the United States include only 10 digits, however, additional letters are often added in commercials for the value of having the phone number spell a word.

Inside References
*The song "Who is the Guy That Wins All the Contests?" is a reference to the song Strong Bad sings to himself in A Jumping Jack Contest.
*This is the first appearance of Tooty-two.

Fast Forward
*Many of these songs are remade and featured on the CD Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits.

DVD Version
*The song The Cheat plays is changed to "Hot Cross Buns".
*The DVD version features hidden creators' commentary. To access it, switch your DVD player's audio language selection while watching.
(Commentary by: Matt Chapman, Mike Chapman)

MATT: Oh, that Fat Bluebird.

MIKE: It's the re&mdash; it's one of my favorite characters. {laughs}

MATT: I wonder is the Fat Bluebird on the wiki?

MIKE: I dunno. Look at Strong Bad's mouth and his mask. It's before he had the highlights on his eyes&mdash;

MATT: What about that great background we're using there?

MIKE: Yeah. I think I may have bought that as clip art.

MATT: Really?

MIKE: I think so.

MATT: How legitimate of you, for as early on as this was.

MIKE: {overlapping} Yeah. It was like five bucks, maybe. Strong Bad's mouth gets a lot, uh, wider no— back then than it does now.

MATT: Yeah, and taller. It pretty much goes from stem to stern.

MIKE: {laughs}

MATT: Uh, so a lot of— some of these songs we ended up making on the CD. The Strong Bad Sings CD. Now that back—

MIKE: {cracking up while speaking} That background I did not pay for!

MATT: {laughing} You didn't pay two cents for that one!

MIKE: I didn't try very hard, either!

MATT: I always enjoyed this part, though. I thought you did a good job. I was amazed that we could fit that many symbols on the screen at the s— at one time. I didn't think that was possible.

MIKE: {incomprehensible}

MATT: So, here's the old announcer; he's still around. So don't, you guys, don't tell them about it; we had to change this so—

MIKE: Hot Cross Buns!

MATT: The Happy— the Happy B-day people—

MIKE: {simultaneously, sings} Hot Cross Buns! {alone, speaking} Those Nazis! {laughs}

MATT: {cracking up while speaking} —didn't come and make us pay them eight cents!

MIKE: The Hot Cross Buns people are totally cool. {laughs} That's my first appearance on the website, vocally.

MATT: That's true.

BOTH: It used to be 1-800-BAD-SONG—

MIKE: —and it was a real number.

MATT: It was, like, a limo driver in Brooklyn, or something, I think!

MIKE: Yeah, somebody, and he would send us angry emails about people calling that number.

Fun Facts
*"Happy Birthday to You" is in fact a copyrighted song, which explains The Brothers Chaps' remark about having to change the song The Cheat plays to "Hot Cross Buns".
*At the time of Everything Else, Volume 1's release, the Fat Bluebird was not mentioned specifically on the wiki. On the first day the disc was available, the bluebird was listed in the cast at the top of this page in response to the commentary above, and then not long after that it got its own screenshot and article.
Transcript
{The scene opens on the Lappy 486, with Strong Bad nowhere to be seen. The wind howls. After a few seconds, Female Lappy 486 appears on screen with the second note of the Lappy start-up noise.}

FEMALE LAPPY 486: {the words appear on the screen as she says them} Oh. Golly-gosh. Strong Bad is understairs. Tell whim I love.

{Quick drop to the Basement. Strong Bad is lying on the couch; Strong Sad is standing behind it.}

STRONG SAD: You get your shiny, round butt up in there and check that email!

STRONG BAD: No! Now, get out of my couch...area!

STRONG SAD: But it's your sesquicentenn-email!

STRONG BAD: I don't wanna turn a hundred and fifty! It's too much pressure! Strong Mad ate it!

STRONG SAD: It's okay, I can help! Check out these storyboards I drew up!

{Strong Bad strains his neck to view the storyboard. Cut to a storyboard showing Strong Bad's boxing gloves on the Lappy 486's keyboard. Slow piano music starts. Above, it says "Scene 1" and "Int. Lappy-Day"; below, "Close on tip-tapping boxing gloves".}

STRONG SAD: We begin with a claustrophobic close-up of typing with boxing gloves on.

{Cut to a storyboard showing Strong Bad sitting at his desk in the middle of the desert. Above, it says "Scene 1a" and "Ext. Desert-Day"; below, "zoom out to reveal wide shot of desk in desert".}

STRONG SAD: A quick zoom out reveals you're really in the middle of a barren desert landscape, symbolizing the vast scope of your achievement.

{Cut to a storyboard showing Coach Z holding a pear covered with googly eyes and with coffee dripping out of his hat and down his face. Above, it says, "Scene 2" and "Int. Creepytown-Night"; below, "dolly in on cz. holds up eyeball-pear".}

STRONG SAD: Next, we dolly in on Coach Z holding a pear covered with eyeballs while black coffee continually streams down his mouthless face.

{Piano music stops. Cut to a close up of Strong Sad.}

STRONG SAD: This part doesn't represent anything. I just... always wanted to pour coffee on Coach Z.

{Cut to a storyboard showing Strong Bad at his desk in the Computer Room, with the No Loafing Sign partially obscured. Homestar Runner is wearing a mask, and the star on his shirt is now cloud-shaped. Piano music starts again. Above, it says, "Scene 3" and "Int. Computer Room-Day"; below, "2 shot of SB and Desire Man".}

STRONG SAD: Cut to a two-shot of you hashing it out with your innermost desires.

{Cut to a storyboard showing a donut with a bite taken out of it. It is leaking jelly, in which Strong Bad's face appears. Above, it says, "Scene 4" and "Int. Donut Place-Night"; below, "ECU of jellyfish reflector. tear. fade out."}

STRONG SAD: And we end on an extreme close-up of your reflection in the gooey filling of a jelly donut as you shed a single tear.

{Cut back to Strong Sad.}

STRONG SAD: It's equal parts Lynchian, Fellinian, and Steve Buscemian, don't you think?

{Cut back to the wide-shot of the couch. Strong Bad is now lying face-down.}

STRONG BAD: {incomprehensible mumbles} Pilotwings... {more incomprehensible mumbles}

STRONG SAD: Oh, never mind. I'll go see what Strong Mad thinks of my Doug the Dino treatment. {walks offscreen}

STRONG MAD: {offscreen} DON'T BOTHER!

{A storyboard suddenly appears with a louder-than-usual punching sound, showing Strong Bad yelling. Above, it says "Scene 12" and "Int. Day-Up in your grill"; below, "Med. close on SB. 'Leemee alone. I do it next week!'"}

Fun Facts
Explanations
*"Sesquicentennial" is the term for a 150th anniversary.
*Claustrophobia is an anxiety disorder which involves a fear of confined spaces.
*The filename, "149pernt5", is a Coach Z pronunciation of "149.5".

Remarks
*The back button redirects you only to Main Page 19.
*At the end, in the storyboard-style sketch of him, Strong Bad appears to have teeth.
*We see from Strong Sad's storyboards and his references to Fellini and David Lynch that he retains his interest in making Experimental Films.
*When we see the storyboards in a longer shot, they do not match any of the close-up storyboards. The top left picture is of Strong Bad surrounded by "majesty" lines; the top right picture is a labeled jar with two arrows pointing to it. Decompiling the Flash file shows two others, one which appears to be a close-up of Bubs' face, and another of Homestar Runner turning and yelling.

Goofs
*The ripples do not appear when you click on Lappy's screen.

Inside References
*This is another instance of Strong Bad's Couch Mumbling.
*Strong Sad references the oddity of Strong Bad typing with boxing gloves on in the first storyboard scene.
*"Tip-tapping" might be an allusion to Strong Bad's secret identity "Tip Tappers".
*Doug the Dino originally appeared in the facts.
*Strong Bad claiming he '[didn't] want to turn 150' could be a reference to an Easter egg in flashback, where Duckie Shirt Homestar says 'Happy Hundredth Birthday, Strong Bad!"
*The storyboard at the end is titled "Up in your grill". Bubs used the word "grill" in a very similar way in replacement, when he said he'd "kick you in the grill!"
<!-- The "tip-tapping" reference is in STUFF. Please don't add it until and unless a consensus is reached on that page. -->
<!-- Do not add facts about the windy sound. That goes on the Sound Effects page. -->

Real-World References
*Homestar's mask is the same style as the masks worn by Snifits in the Super Mario Brothers games.
*David Lynch and Federico Fellini, as referenced by Strong Sad, are filmmakers known for bizarre imagery.
*Steve Buscemi, also referenced by Strong Sad, is primarily known as a character actor who has appeared in such films as Reservoir Dogs, The Big Lebowski, Fargo, and Ghost World but has also directed quirky, independent films such as Trees Lounge and Lonesome Jim.
*The music playing during Strong Sad's storyboard seems to be taken from the intro to U2's song "So Cruel".
*Pilotwings is a flight simulation game and one of the first SNES games made.
*Jellyfish Reflector is the name of Guided by Voices' 1996 live album.

Fast Forward
*As the last scene claimed, the 150th email (alternate universe) was released the following week. In an Easter egg, the Coach Z storyboard scene is played out with similar music to the music used during the storyboards.
*Though not all his storyboards are used in the 150th email, Strong Bad does accept Strong Sad's help in playing guitar for the email's intro song.
*The word sesquicentenn-email was used by Strong Bad in the 150th email during the number one jam.
*The music for the number one jam as well as the tune for the intro song of email 150 are all adapted from the piano background in this short.
<div>subject: alternate univer$e</div>
Dear Strong Bad, <br />
Got some ?'s for you: <br />
1. What would you do with a hundred million dollars? <br />
2. What would you do if you suddenly found yourself in an alternate universe somehow? <br />
Jody (not a girl), TX
</blockquote>

{Strong Bad says "question marks" for "?'s", and "Texas" for "TX".}

STRONG BAD: {says everything inside parentheses normally} Ya know, you could probably ditch that (not a girl) thing, if you just replaced it with something tough and cool and kool and tuff. Like (Bulldozer). Jody (Bulldozer). Nobody's gonna think that guy's a girl. {clears the screen} Well Ms. Dozer, you pretty much answered question mark #1 with question mark #2. Cuz a hundred million dollars is exactly how much The Cheat spent on our alternate universe portal.

{Cut to a wide view of the desk. The Cheat is standing to the right of the Lappy with a blender. A Nintendo Game Boy is in the blender.}

STRONG BAD: Isn't that right, The Cheat?

THE CHEAT: {The Cheat noises}

STRONG BAD: What? This thing only cost us fourteen bucks?

THE CHEAT: {Agreement noise}

STRONG BAD: Well... that's like a hundred million dollars in... dog years, right?

THE CHEAT: {Single "squeak"}

STRONG BAD: {leans towards The Cheat suddenly} All right! Mash go on that blender!

{Camera zooms out a little as The Cheat presses a button on the blender, which causes it to activate. The blender shoots out white bolts as the the lighting in the room flashes. Soon after, the blender stops (Game Boy intact), and there is a large swirl to the right of the desk.}

STRONG BAD: Oh-ho-ho! Swirly Photoshopped magic! I bet this thing could release some serious Cacodemons. So... {The Cheat turns to face Strong Bad} what? I ju-just jump in?

THE CHEAT: {The Cheat noises}

{As soon as Strong Bad touches the swirl, everything turns black and white with the exception of the swirl and Strong Bad, who distorts horizontally and vertically. He "springs" into the swirl. Cut to a panel of a comic strip. There is a picture of some buildings.
{Next panel. Strong Badman is standing in a room.}

STRONG BADMAN: {each syllable appears individually in red text and is not in a speech bubble} Mu-hu-ha-ha-hah! {regular speech bubble and text} Those dimwits down at the public works won't know what hit them!

STRONG BAD: I gotta tell ya, Strong Badman... this part of your comic is pretty boring. I'm gonna see what's going on further down the page. {Strong Bad jumps out of the current panel and falls down three panels. There is a woman with a Big Knife sitting on a giant robotic snake.} Oh! Now we're talkin'!

{Next panel. Strong Badman is in the left of the panel, Strong Bad in the center, and there is a TV with the previous panel on it (minus Strong Bad) to the right.}

STRONG BADMAN: You're not kidding!

STRONG BAD: Wha?

STRONG BADMAN: Now we have expanded basic cable...

{Next panel. Close-up of the wall. There is a hole in it, and there is a cable running through the hole.}

STRONG BADMAN: {not visible} Stolen from my neighbor!
{Next panel. Strong Bad is in front of a yellow background.}

STRONG BAD: Who's writing this issue? The geniuses behind She-Hulk? {looks up} The Cheat? {Cut back to the Computer Room. Strong Bad's voice is slightly distorted. A speech bubble is coming out of the swirl.} A little frappe action, if you please.

THE CHEAT: {Single "squeak"}

{The Cheat Turns around and pushes a button on the blender, which activates it. Cut back to the previous comic panel. Strong Bad disappears with the same "VOIP!" was when he appeared.}

{Next panel. Strong Badman is in the same pose as when he first appeared.}

STRONG BADMAN: STINY! Keep flushing those toilets!

{Cut to an Old-Timey scene. Old-Timey Strong Bad is standing on a stage with curtains behind him. To the left of him there is a sign saying "STRONG BAD and his GOODE-TIME PARLOR TRICKS". There is a silhouetted audience visible.}

OLD-TIMEY STRONG BAD: Yes, and for my next parlor trick, I shan't make anything {faces left} appear!

{Strong Bad appears to the left of Old-Timey Strong Bad. He is still in color.}

STRONG BAD: Oh. H-hi.

OLD-TIMEY STRONG BAD: {crowd starts booing} You brightly colored baboon! You ruined my vaudeville!

{The Homestar Runner's dance music plays as tomatoes are thrown at the two Strong Bads.}

STRONG BAD: Ah! Shades of grey tomatoes! {Strong Bad disappears as Old-Timey Strong Bad looks to the left.}

{Cut to Vector Strong Bad floating above a vector drawn field. Strong Bad appears to the right.}

STRONG BAD: What is up, my enormous vector brother?

VECTOR STRONG BAD: {As he speaks, his words come out of his mouth in red vector-style text. They disappear after a short while.} HELLOTE.

STRONG BAD: So, uh... {cut to close-up of Strong Bad's head} what do you do for fun around here? {cut back to previous view}

VECTOR STRONG BAD: I SPLO STUFF UP. {Strong Bad jumps backwards slightly to avoid the "up", which promptly explodes with vector graphics.}

STRONG BAD: That's pretty cool.

{Stinkoman walks in from the left.}

STINKOMAN: Hey, guys! How's challenges?

VECTOR STRONG BAD: WHAT IT IS MY DOGE?

STRONG BAD: Whoa, you two know each other?

{Cut to close-up of Stinkoman's head}

STINKOMAN: Oh, totally sure! {leans forward and waves one of his arms} He's my training simulator! {Cut back to previous view.} Check it out!

{Vector Strong Bad starts moving left and right, shooting squares from his mouth, which Stinkoman jumps around to dodge. Strong Bad follows suit shortly after. After a few seconds, they all stop.}

STINKOMAN: Nice work, big nose!

STRONG BAD: Big nose?

STINKOMAN: Your nose!

VECTOR STRONG BAD: LEVEL 2

STRONG BAD: Uh-oh.

STINKOMAN: {simultaneously} Uh-oh.

{Stinkoman silenty laughs as Vector Strong Bad shoots a series of squares directly at Strong Bad. As they explode, Strong Bad disappears. Vector Strong Bad then shoots some squares at Stinkoman, which he dodges.}

{Cut to a field in the style of flashback. Tiny Handed Strong Bad is standing close to the camera. Strong Bad appears to the right. All text appears in a white rectangle near the bottom of the screen.}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: And so, {Strong Bad starts looking around} both Strong Bads entered the 'Dig To China With Your Ears Contest.'

STRONG BAD: This is just about... the second or third to worst contest I ever heard of.

{Cut to a silhouetted view of the field. Pom Pom, Strong Mad, Coach Z, Bubs and Marzipan are standing to the right of a banner which reads "the contest began!!". Tiny Handed Strong Bad is underneath the banner.}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: The contest began!

{Cut to a close-up of Tiny Handed Strong Bad rubbing his head on the ground near a line marked "start".}

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: And tiny-handed Strong Bad rubbed his head on the ground... {cut to a wide view; Strong Bad is sitting on a hammock with his Dangeresque sunglasses on.} while our Modern Day Hero maxed and relaxed.

{Cut to Tiny Handed Strong Bad standing near the camera again, as in the first shot. A hole is visible near the background, and a giant glass of root beer appears in the center.}

TINY HANDED STRONG BAD: I struck it rich!

NARRATOR STRONG BAD: Said T.H.S.B.

{Cut to a zoomed out view of the previous scene, but with the giant glass of root beer in the center. A bee is seen holding Strong Bad's hammock up.}

TINY HANDED STRONG BAD: A giant mug of frosty root beer!

{Old-Timey Strong Bad appears to the left. Tiny Handed Strong Bad looks at him.}

OLD-TIMEY STRONG BAD: Zounds! A sarsparilla swimming hole! Last one in's a freemason! {Old-Timey Strong Bad half runs towards the root beer, and says "Jump!" as he jumps in. Strong Bad disappears. Keyboard Strong Bad appears at the bottom left of the screen and plays a tune and dances.}

{Cut to a screen in the style of Puppet Stuff. Puppet Strong Bad is standing in front of the Strong Badia fence. The Tire and Sign are visible. Strong Bad appears to the right. Music starts playing and both Strong Bads dance in sync with each other.}

{Strong Bad disappears. Cut to where "Da Huuuuuudge" is kept. Strong Bad appears lying down on top of it. He slowly slides down, then disappears.}

{Cut to the abandoned factory from highschool. Teenage Strong Bad is standing to the right. Strong Bad appears to the left.}

TEENAGE STRONG BAD: Striped {pronounced as "stripe-ed"} pants.

{Strong Bad disappears. Cut to a swirling nothingness of changing colours.}

STRONG BAD: The Cheat! Cool out on the liquify button, man!

{Cut to a zoomed up view of Homestar standing next to the blender in the Computer Room, which now has a green substance inside it, as well as the Game Boy. On the desk is one and a half avacados, and a jar reading "Total Load". Homestar is pressing the buttons on the blender.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: I'm trying to make me a real fruit smoothie here! {Cut to a zoomed out version of the Computer Room. Tiny Handed Strong Bad is standing to the left, with Senor Cardgage, Old-Timey Strong Bad and Da Huuuuuudge to the right.} Any of you guys got any bee pollen?

{As Homestar presses another button, Strong Bad appears next to the swirl, along with Strong Badman appearing to the left of the screen.}

STRONG BAD: Homestar! Quit messing with my ultimate universe portal!

HOMESTAR RUNNER: I'm trying to replenish some electrolytes, if you don't mind!

{Homestar presses a button on the blender, which makes him and the swirl disappear. Sterrance appears on the desk.}

STRONG BAD: {looking around} Wow. Just look at all these Strong Bad-related faces. What an all-star cast! What say we all form a super group and record a number one jam! {moans are heard from the Strong Bads, although they all remain perfectly still except for Old-Timey Strong Bad}

STINKOMAN: I guess...

OLD-TIMEY STRONG BAD: If we must.

{The screen fades to black, and then cuts to Strong Bad in a recording studio. Some music starts playing, and continues through the rest of the e-mail.}

STRONG BAD: {singing} There's a crazy world of e-mails in this crazy world. {Cut to a reversed view of Strong Bad.} Checkin' 'em down, checkin' 'em down...

{Cut to Stinkoman standing next to Strong Badman and Old-Timey Strong Bad.}

STINKOMAN: {singing out of tune} I hope it's from a girrrrrrrl!

{Cut to a zoomed out view of the scene, revealing (from left to right), Stinkoman, Strong Badman, Old-Timey Strong Bad, Strong Bad, Vector Strong Bad, Keyboard Strong Bad, Senor Cardgage, Teenage Strong Bad, Sterrance and Tiny Handed Strong Bad. Strong Badman has a speech bubbles next to him.}

ALL STRONG BADS: {singing} Save the last email for Strong Bad!

{Cut to Senor Cardgage at the recording studio.}

SENOR CARDGAGE: {singing} Let the little children go.
{Cut to Vector Strong Bad in the field, which now has blue lines running above and below it.}

VECTOR STRONG BAD: {singing} I HOPE THEY DON'T A SPLODE

{The music stops. The paper comes down and the back button appears.}

Easter Eggs
*At the end, click on Teenage Strong Bad's hat to see a creation of Strong Sad's ideas:
:{Piano music, fade in on Coach Z holding a pear covered with eyeballs while black coffee continually streams down his mouthless face. Cut to closeups of the pear from two angles, its eyes google, then a closeup of Coach Z's head. Fade via black to the medium shot, Homestar appears next to Coach Z.}
:HOMESTAR RUNNER: {subtitled, in a fake backwards-sounding voice} Coach Z, if you're not going to eat that eyeball pear... {clears his throat, starts talking normally with no subtitles} I suggest you give it to someone who will.
:COACH Z: I don't know what's going on, Homestar, but I'm not at liberty to discuss what I just did in my pants...
*At the end, click on Senor Cardgage's head to see Strong Bad's meeting with him:
:{Senor Cardgage is sitting in a boat on a lake, holding a stick with fishing line tied to the end, hanging over the side. Strong Bad appears in the boat.}
:STRONG BAD: Wow, a fishing trip with Senor Cardgage! My life is complete.
:SENOR CARDGAGE: Alonzo Mourning to you, Myrtlebeth. Say hello to my tacklebox. {holds up said tacklebox}
:STRONG BAD: Hello there, tacklebox. {smiles} I'm such a big fan.
:SENOR CARDGAGE: Well, if you could just sign right here on the dotty line, the adaption will be complete.
:STRONG BAD: You're gonna adopt me?
:{Strong Bad disappears}
:STRONG BAD: {echoey voice-over} Aw, man...

Fun Facts
Explanations
* A Doppelgänger refers either to a creature from folklore that mimics people's appearances as an omen of death, or to the theory that everyone in the world has someone else that looks exactly like them.
* Sarsparilla is a type of plant used to make beverages, and is a common ingredient in root beer (Old-Timey Strong Bad mispronounces it, however. He pronounces it "sar-sparilla," when the general pronunciation is "sass-parilla".)
* Rent control is a policy used in some urban communities where the market price is deemed "too high." Rent controlled dwellings are highly coveted in the communities where they are available, hence Strong Badman's choosing to live in his apartment rather than a secret underground lair.
* Strong Bad's conversion of fourteen dollars into dog years refers to the often-confused (and inaccurate) folk formula that dogs age seven "years" for every human year.
*Electrolytes are solutions of ions (such as sodium and potassium salts) and are often drunk to ease dehydration.

Trivia
*This email is the longest email to date, almost a minute longer than flashback, currently the next longest.
*When Strong Bad jumps from one panel to another in the Strong Badman comic, he passes a panel with an explosion, saying "TADAOW!", and a panel with Deutschman (from haircut), holding a chain of sausages, saying "KINDER UBERRASCHUNG!!", which is the German name for Kinder Surprise (though Uberraschung should be spelled &Uuml;berraschung).
*The Floppy Disk Container reads "weird dreams".

Remarks
*Strong Bad has no visible nose or ears so the fact they are mentioned is notable.
*Senor Cardgage is the only Strong Bad's alter ego who had before been seen talking with him, as seen in kind of cool and Senorial Day.
*This is a rare occassion of Strong Bad being nice to Strong Sad.
*This is the first time we have heard Da Huuuuuuudge speak.
*In Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon, Strong Sad is seen writing with his right hand. However, in this email, Strong Sad is playing the guitar left-handed.

Goofs
*During the comic scene, when the panel changes from "Because, mere mortal" to "Is rent controlled!", the panels underneath get changed.
*At the end, when the paper comes down, you can see that Strong Bad's pants have changed from black to dark navy, but not the pant legs. (As opposed to the Sweet Cuppin' Cakes Strong Bad standing next to him.)

Fixed Goofs
*When the email was released, "girl" was misspelled as "gir" in Jody's email. This was fixed shortly thereafter.

Inside References
*Strong Sad was previously seen playing an acoustic guitar in a recent Sketchbook, although that guitar was a twelve-string. Here he plays a six-string.
*Putting a Game Boy in a blender to access an alternate reality was discovered by Homestar in 2 emails, when he made a time machine in this way.
*Strong Bad also confused the value of money and lengths of time in space program.
*Strong Bad's "Mash go on that blender" is based on similar lines from flashback, ("The Cheat mashed play on an extremely expensive jambox"), strongbad_email.exe ("make your selection and mash go, moron!"), and Everybody Knows It ("Mash play on that jambox").
*The "In a bulding" <!-- sic --> line, including its accent and pronounciation, is straight from the DVD Sketchbook (though it was spelled correctly there).
*The music in the Strong Badman comic is from action figure.
*Strong Bad visits many previous emails in his travels:
**Strong Badman and Stiny originated in superhero name.
**Vector Strong Bad is from video games.
**Stinkoman originated in japanese cartoon.
**Tiny-handed Strong Bad is from flashback.
**Keyboard Strong Bad originated in crazy cartoon.
**Da Huuuuuudge and Sterrance are both from animal.
**Teenage Strong Bad and the term "striped pants" are from highschool.
**Senor Cardgage originated in kind of cool.
*Strong Bad mentioned real fruit smoothies earlier in mascot.
*The Easter egg with coffee-drenched Coach Z and the eyeball pear begins exactly as described and storyboarded by Strong Sad in Sbemail 150?!?.
*The fishing boat, lake and background sounds are all from lures & jigs.
*Coach Z presumably "puked his pants", as mentioned in secret recipes.
*"I hope it's from a girl" is a possible reference to dragon.
* "Doge" is a reference to Biz Cas Fri 1, where Homestar mispells "Dawg".
*The word sesquicentenn-email, which would mean "150th email", was coined by Strong Sad in Sbemail 150?!?.
*The word "VOIP" is a reference to the Visor Robot's sound effect from Teen Girl Squad Issue 1.
*"Super Group" is a reference to Teen Girl Squad Issue 8.

Real-World References
* Cacodemons are evil spirits or demons, the opposite being an angel or "agathodemon". However, the name cacodemon is more well known as an enemy from the computer games Doom and Doom II. The plot for these games involved demons coming out of portals to hell.
* Photoshop is a widely used image editor from Adobe Systems Incorporated. The term "photoshopped" has come to mean any digital edit done to an image, even if it wasn't done in Photoshop itself. The term is often used pejoratively, to say that something is rather obviously edited.
* "Oba Kaybe" is a reference to Bill Cosby: Himself, a stand-up comedy movie from 1983 starring, naturally, Bill Cosby.
* She-Hulk is a comic book heroine from Marvel Comics and the cousin of The Incredible Hulk. Though Strong Bad sarcastically calls her creators "geniuses", She-Hulk was co-created by the legendary comic book artist Stan Lee and John Buscema. Interestingly, She-Hulk comics are noted for their fourth-wall breaks, similar to Strong Bad's comments on the quality of the Strong Badman comic and his ability to travel from panel to panel.
* Homestar's unusual speech in the surreal Coach Z easter egg is based on a famous scene from the similarly surreal TV series Twin Peaks, which was co-created by director David Lynch. (Strong Sad had cited Lynch as an influence in Sbemail 150?!?.) The actors actually spoke their dialogue backwards, and the recording was then played in reverse, so that the words were heard by the audience in their proper order (though they still sounded unusual and contorted, just as Homestar sounds here).
* Alonzo Mourning is an NBA basketball player.
*A freemason is a member of the York Rite, the Scottish Rite or any of their allied organizations (DeMolay, Job's Daughters, Eastern Star, etc.) which fall under the umbrella of freemasonry.
*The phrase 'maxed and relaxed' may be a reference to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song, in which states 'maxin and relaxin all cool'
*The portal to the alternate universe looks very similar to portals to the light/dark world in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.
*Stinkoman calls Strong Bad "big nose" because American cartoon characters tend to have very large noses compared to Japanese cartoon characters.
In this era, the DELETED screen is a green background with black letters. (Oddly, "DELETED!" appears in the Compy's font.)
*homestar hair (almost, see fun fact below)
*spring cleaning (debut)
*sisters
*Theme Song Video (DVD version only)
*pop-up (as a pop-up in the pop-up book)

Compy 386 Era
In this era, the DELETED screen is a blue background with white letters.
*huttah!
*unused emails
*2 emails
<!--=== Lappy 486 Era ===-->
<!-- No, the "do over" in do over is NOT a occurance of Deleted. Please do not add it to the page. -->
<!--None yet...-->

Fun Facts and Abnormalities
* The very first deleted email (a Hairstyle Runner design) was in homestar hair. Strong Bad typed "delete that crap," instead of DELETED!!
* In the email spring cleaning, Strong Bad DELETES every email he receives.
* In the email sisters, the malfunctioning Tandy 400 causes Strong Bad to inadvertently delete the email he was trying to reply to. When he tries to delete the second email, it ends up being "saved forever".
* In 50 emails, Strong Bad types "matt = DELETED!", and the email is in fact deleted with the word "MATT!" displayed on the screen.
* In replacement, Coach Z's attempt at the word "DELETED" caused the Compy to flash "DELORTED!!" on a yellow screen, and the corresponding buzzer became distorted.
* In virus, Strong Bad tries twice to delete the offending email, but he is thwarted by The Virus, receiving the messages "NICE TRY!" and "NOTTA CHANCE!!".
* In labor day, when Strong Bad doesn't show up to the Labor Day party, Strong Sad jokes that Strong Bad's invitation may have been "da-leet-ed."
* In unused emails, Strong Bad winds up and screams "DELETED!", body-slamming the Compy in the process. He is about to do this again in car, but Homestar Runner saves the email from a "tired old Strong Bad joke" and is rewarded with a punch in the face.
* Homestar attempts (and spectacularly fails) to perform the "DELETED!" gag in 50 emails. He tries "BALEETED!", "DELTEATED!", "Del Taco?", and quite a few other words (see the complete list). He ends up crashing the computer with a Flagrant Error.
* On the third email in huttah!, Strong Bad says "Moving on!" and the computer flashes "MOVING ON!!" when the email is deleted.
* While the Lappy has not yet deleted any emails, it is apparently able to start them over, as seen in do over.
* Ironically, the pop up book in pop-up features DELETED!!, but makes the sound of Strong Bad's voice saying DELETED rather than the expected buzz sound.
