Okay, so I agree that the little girl one is the only one I removed which clearly doesn't fit. I'll go ahead and address the others:
:[[marzipan]]: The page talks about context. While "not" is used ingrammatically, the context doesn't seem odd. He's clearly just trying to make a confusing use of multiple negatives. It's not exactly the same gag.
:[[carve-nival]] and [[other days]]: It seems to me hard to determine the grammatical intent of a single noun being negated (admittedly, this objection is dubious)

Hi Dagron, I'm not sure if you were using the same or a different computer, but if you were using the same one, checking "remember me when I login" box (wording isn't exact) might help prevent such problems. Also, adding your signature to the end of your text would make it easier for readers to determine where your text ends. Anyway:
*[[marzipan]] - I agree, it's just used to confuse Strong Bad.
*carve-nival and [[other days]] - I disagree. First, notice that "Not Last" is used in the article's picture. It is in fact a very good example of the gag this article documents. Also, "not swim practice" is actually an awkward formulation of the phrase when used by itself (like in the email).
*[[personal favorites]] is a little borderline. While "not new" is valid and used in everyday language, it is never used to describe an item in a sensionalistic way.
*[[Marshie vs. Little Girl]] is actually borderline as well. The way she words it gravitates more towards the awkward. I'm not sure yet but it probably deserved re-inclusion.

Blatant, which essentially means obvious, is good, seeing as the lies are fairly obvious to the viewers, and Lies covers the fact that the characters are lying. This may be nitpicky too much, but personally I think it would be worth noting that by calling the Tire a meteorologist, then that implies it holds a degree in meteorology. Of all cases where Strong Bad (or some other character) misspells something and it gets noted in a Fun Fact, and it's not obviously part of a joke, it's in Real-World References once ([[sb_email 22]], but not because of the misspelling—and I'm about to move that one to Explanations where it belongs), Remarks twice ([[Family Resemblence]], which has already been changed, and [[The Luau]]), and Goofs at least seven times ([[some kinda robot]], [[Homestar Quiz]], [[Bug in Mouth Disease]], [[the process]], [[morning routine]], [[The House That Gave Sucky Treats]], and [[bottom 10]]!) I think in general, if TBC make a mistake then it's a Goof, if TBC intentionally have one of their characters make a mistake, that's a Remark, but only if it's not completely obvious to someone watching the toon. I've had it for quite a whiles now, and never has anyone logged into it. It is registered, so it's possible TBC registered it to prevent people from using it and then decided to never sign on with it. Somebody edited a mention of Nestlé Crunch to replace the &eacute; with an actual é character. It was done partially to avoid a redirect within Wikipedia, which is understandable. I looked for a mention of this issue in [[HRWiki:Standards]] and [[HRWiki:Manual of Style]], but I didn't find one. In the absence of officially-accepted practice, I'll put forth that this is a bad idea. Any characters that are not available in 7-bit [[Wikipedia:ASCII|ASCII]] encoding should be entered as [[Wikipedia:Character encodings in HTML#Character references|character references]], either numeric (&#233; = é) or entity (&eacute; = é) style. The other way does work, but it puts encoding dependencies on the server which can cause sneaky problems later. For example, when [http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Main_Page The KoL Wiki] migrated from a Windows server to Linux, they discovered that all their specially-encoded characters were broken, requiring lots of annoying fixes. It's just far more robust to use character references. They even work for inter-wiki links, as you'll see on my revision of the Nestlé mention.
