The Popular Vote

The Popular Vote is the sidekick of the King of Town who ruled Free Country, USA in the days before Decemberween was discovered. He had a secret past with an angel, but their relationship came to a tragic end. He is represented in A Decemberween Pageant as The Cheat wearing a sign which says "The Popular Vote"—however, it's probable that this is due to a low budget and he actually looked very different. According to the angel, played by Marzipan, he isn't supposed to cry because he might rust, so he might be made of metal.
