It's just a user trying to make a humorous image description even funnier. On a related topic, the growing trend at the HRWiki is to make the descriptions on the image pages more encyclopedic. That is, it is generally now established that the image captions on articles should be humorous in nature, while the description in the image's page should be... descriptive.
