I don't find much connection to R&S, beyond the obvious lack of a vocal sample it has a much slower tempo and is more noise/industrial than the {{w\|acid house}} rave music this email is clearly riffing on. Most notably, however, it's spelt "Silent J" as if it were the letter as opposed to "Silent Jay" which would indicate a direct correlation.
