Just by looking at the file sizes, the only difference is in the .voc file for the song, which is about 10KB larger in the "rodgort" version. I think that has to do with the singer's vocal animations, but I'm not entirely sure as I mostly work with the PS2 version and don't really care about the .voc when making customs. Either "rodgort" is visible on test 360 kits when using the retail game, or they didn't quite have the retail disc but a slightly earlier version of it.
