In your attempt to fix it, you removed the / from the <code><nowiki></userboxsamples></nowiki></code> tags, which removed the places where the lists should end, causing them to be merged with the lists below them.<br>Let me give you some advice: It's a good idea to hit the "show preview" button before saving your edit.
