'''{{w|Gen Con}} 2019''' was a gaming convention held from August 1{{-}}4, 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

[[The Brothers Chaps]] made appearances at the Greater Than Games booth from the 2nd through the 4th "at various unscheduled times" to demonstrate and sell [[Trogdor!! The Board Game]] as well as meet with fans of [[Homestar Runner (body of work)|Homestar Runner]]. Copies of Trogdor!! The Board Game had already begun shipping to Kickstarter backers by the time of this event; a limited number of retail copies were available at the convention, as Greater Than Games partnered with [[Harmless Junk, Inc.]] to distribute the game to retailers.

To promote the event, [[@StrongBadActual]]'s display name ("[[Strong Bad]]") was appended with "🔜 GenCon" on July 19th, which was swapped for "🔥💪🏼🐉GenCon" on August 4th. It was changed back to normal around August 7th.

[[Matt Chapman]] was a part of the panel "Next Gen Nerds" hosted by {{w|Travis McElroy|Travis}} and {{w|Clint McElroy}}, held on the 4th:
