Are "hot fries" of the bagged variety properly French fries? I really don't know myself, interested in others' opinions. - Qermaq - (^T/C) 02:50, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

I've had bag-type fries (of a not-hot variety, coz the hot ones, like, cause second-degree burns). They're similar to French fries, I guess. The first ingredient on the list is "potato", and, despite the crispness, are lighter than potato chips in texture-styles. They're hovering between fries and chips, really, although slightly nearer to fries. Slightly. --DorianGray

I don't think "Hot Fries" belong on this page. They're closer to potato sticks than French fries both in final product and method of creation from my understanding - ISTC 02:32, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
