I agree totally, his arms have been this way since...A while ago. It deserves notice.

It should also be noticed that his arms are yet again switched back to "joint mode" in the Blubb-O's Commercial and rated. And how come there's an image of Bubs with a look after saying "'Cause he can stay where he is!"? --Charlie Jr. 18:10, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
