There are quite literally hundreds of possibilities why TBC haven't updated the site at the usual time, and the vast majority of them are as benign as "they didn't feel like updating this week." It's best that you take the liberty of discussing those at the forum—or not at all—rather than Talk:Main Page, as their daily lives are simply of little to no concern to us.
