I can understand why you would want to, because, no offense, I don't think anyone would seriously want to go out with you. It'd probably be a joke.

Dance was great. Sadly, no makeoutage occured. ):

Also, Deuce, that really is a great present for her, from what you've told me. And I know I'D appreciate it (I'm on dA all the time, and I lurves my subscription). You done good.

Didy, you need to go to a bar or something. Use some Christian pick up lines like... "Hey, baby, wanna feel the holy ghost?" or "The power of Christ compels you! ...To have dinner with me on Saturday."

Since he's Lutheran, there are some absolutely awful ones he could use... (I didn't come up with these, so don't blame me)

[At a potluck:] "You're a nice hotdish. Can I bring the leftovers home?"

"I was told to bring something hot if I was going to the potluck. Mind if I take you?"

"I always like bringing sweets to potlucks. Would you like to come with me?"

"Other girls are like cheap praise song books, but you're like TLH."

"The heart on Luther's Seal is red.
The cross in the middle is black.
I'm about to go home from church. [or putluck, etc.]
And I'd like to take you back".
(Dozens of equally horrible variations on that are probably possible.)

TLH FTW!!

Unfortunately, there are NO available Lutheran girls in this area. If they exist in this region at all, they must be somewhere around Memphis or Jackson, but I haven't seen any. But I definitely prefer TLH to those crummy "praise song" books.

Yeah, she liked it a lot. Apparently I'm a "sexy rule 6" for doing that.

Ugh, was gonna take Kate out for dinner tonight, but parents say I have to do it some other night for no legitimate reason whatsoever.

"You have homework."

"I can finish that in like five minutes."

"Well, we're all stressed out from the car trip today and no one wants to go out."

"You can just drop me off."

*pause*

*pause*

"Another night, okay?"

I suppose not.

Repetition is the most irrefutable logic, at least according to soccer moms.

Alright, depression is really starting to set in. I just can't believe this. I thought I finally found someone that liked me, and then she tells me this. Ugh. I should of listened when she told me she was a cold-hearted rule 6.

Listen man, you're young. You got your whole life ahead of ya to worry about women. Don't let her get you down.

Wait, people our age in HHFOVOhioTown actyually take each out to dinner when they are "dating"?

(I put those things around dating because around dating means finding a new person to call on the phone for three days and then you break up two days later)

They're called quotation marks.

I know what they're called, I just can't call them that because I like using angel wings better (it's a reference only I get) and I must restrain myself and call them "those things".

In HomerunOhioTown that never really happens.

Wow, I usually take my girl out to the movies. There aren't many places here to take her out to eat.

Noid, they typically don't in HHFOV OhioTown, but she and I are pretty orthodox as far as dating goes.

For example, she asked me out at a dance and we exchanged numbers and said I could call her. Most people would use some heinous pick-up line and break up three days later.

Also, I went trick-or-treating with Kate and chilled at her house afterwards with a couple of her friends.

This is true, but mostly it's crappily-written notes (seriously, the girls at my school are worse than the noobs here) and the like.

Also this one HORse at my school doesn't believe that I'm going out with Kate, because I'm a "Vote for Paavo wearing leather jacket wearing curly-haired freak."

But I'm pretty sure she also doesn't know who the Vice President is.
