I'm so mad because IE keeps crashing on the home comp, and I can't download Fox because I don't have administrative powers. Stupid IE.

<3 for Firfox.

Thunderbird is another program made by Mozilla, its extremely well built. Its used for checking email (OutLook Express alternative). If you use Netscape email or Outlook, try Thunderbird out. I betcha you'll like it better.

Yes, it would.
Breadtangle, please don't do that, even if you didn't spell it the real way.

Back on topic, if you use IE and use it because "I don't get popups", unless you're using that super-IE that came out, it's riddled with security holes. And most spyware will only target IE.

I so envy you Sparkle. I'm forced-fed Microsoft at home, and there's nothing I can do about it.

Heh, I have Windows, Office and that's it...I'm trying to convert my family to OpenOffice.Org, then it's not too long before I try to completely switch over to Linux.

For those of you having problems with the middle-click thing, it can be due to your mouse settings.

Go into the Control Panel and choose "Mouse" (if you're in category view it's under "Printers and Other Hardware"). Look around in there for button options (I would go into more detail, but it's different for every mouse). If the middle button is set to do something weird (most of the time it's a proprietary scrolly thing-a-ma-jigger), change it to whatever setting most closely resembles "default behavior" or "let my programs decide".

You won't miss the proprietary scrolly thing-a-ma-jigger. I promise.

Is it just me or did you use your massive Admin powers to make it look like you joined in '79?

Interns have been around for a long time. And apparently sarcasm is hard to recognise here.

Well, though I don't really use Firefox, I don't use IE, so it's all good.

Safari'd!

Actually, I use Open Office on a Linux computer when my big sister was using the computer for homework. But now I don't have to now we have a few more computers.

I actually downloaded Firefox on my compy by going on my bro's account and changing a few things without his approval. It's so much better. A lot of times IE would just randomly close for no reason. But with Firefox, that happens no more!
