This summer's schedule so far (not really possible to put it in a neat little table like the ones above):
Sometime around 7-wake up (no alarm!).
For a period of time either 5 minutes or an hour-meditate until I find some energy
Soon after that:
Mon/Wed/Fri- (kill time until 8:10 if the meditation didn't take that long) I do a bike ride up this steep hill to the community college, then to a friend's house where I meet him at 8:30 and jog with him around the trails near there for 30 minutes. If I don't have anyone waiting on me, I'll usually end up wasting time having nonsense conversations until 10 or 10:30 before biking home (making a total of 30 minutes biking).
Tuesday/Thursday (no time-killing needed) I do a 3 mile jogging loop around the area and then I'll sit in my place cooling off for a while and eating breakfast. Eventually boredom will inform me that I need to actually do something (which is usually 10-something).
10:something-Start doing whatever it is I gotta do.
Saturday's similar except yoga instead of running.
Sunday's similar to that except no exercise of any kind and I try to convince myself not to do anything at 10:something (sometimes that's not very hard

)
Also, there'll be less time wasting now that my friend's off to Costa Rica for a month, but I'm still gonna go by his house to do that stuff.
