My user name is all over the place, but if I google my first + last name, it's all me. My DevArt page, my Threadless account, some stuff from the local newspaper... whee, it's awesome.

How come when it get's the forum, it dosen't get on Google images? Shouldn't our avatars be on google image or something?

That would probably only happen if the file name of your avatar happened to be the same as your forum name. Even then I'm not sure if it would come up or not.

So I Googled "breadtangle". Among the more interesting results:
- An Urban Dictionary entry.
- A MySpace profile. Ordinarily this wouldn't be a problem, but a comment on the page was left by the user with the nickname "C.M.V." - which are my initials!
- Another MySpace profile titled "Kissy Boots" with copious references to breadtangles of pizza.
- Someone also apparently almost had the lyrics to Kissy Boots' only song engraved on their iPod.
- And of course, many many sites discussing TGS Issue 8. One even has a link to the Wiki article (though he obviously doesn't realize that http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/Image:TGS8.png is not the actual image!)

I also tried names I use elsewhere on the internet.
- "niteice" shows forum profiles/posts and Google then gives the "similar results omitted" notice.
- "nightice" shows nothing I've even heard of until about 4 and a half pages in.
- "jz4208" (former screen name and username on one forum) gives only me, "leet42" (current screen name) gives mostly profile views of my accounts.

So yeah, I pick pretty unique names.

oh. mygod. searching my real name turned up some news article i got quoted in at a protest once, but that i excpected. but then it came up with some article i wrote recently for this newspaper. and then some website from when i was in pre-k but i don't even know if the internet was in very wide use at that time??? and then some other lame stuff.

my screen name(s) (read: known aliases) turned up some funny stuff. forums i posted on for a couple of days and then stopped, mostly when i was like, 13 and 14 heehe. yikes. weird. memories. also my myspace came up.

no images from my real name or any of my aliases. darn.

If you image search Dactyl you get about 20 pictures of some asteroid.
