So how do you like it? I'm a fan of rare, myself. What about y'all?

Medium, the best steak i ever had was at Joes CrabShack, it was the best steak, and i had to ruin it by putting A1 on it.

I usually like it medium rare, but sometimes I'll go for the rare.

I love red meat...

Medium rare for me. It's less chewy and tastes a lot better than steaks cooked bove that.

Boo. I don't like steak. It's too hard to chew.

I could probably be a vegetarian if I so desired, but I like my shishkabobs too much.

I could never be a vegetarian. I didn't climb to the top of the food chain to eat celery.

Meduim well to well done. I'm very paranoid about having and red/pinkness in my steak.

I like 'em medium rare. They are so much more tender and tasty. My wife likes them medium well to well done, so if I'm not careful when grilling, we both end up with well done steaks. I'm not great at making them so they are finished at the same time.

Well. Won't eat it if there's even the slightest bit of pink in there.

I don't like steak very much. Dunno why. I love most other meats though. Things that have bones in them like steak or chicken really gross me out for some reason. Ick. But well done if I had to choose.

Medium. Medium rare is ok, ditto with Medium well, but I prefer the steak to be right down the middle.

How people can eat Well Done (charcoal) or Rare (still mooing) is beyond me.

I really can't believe I'm the only person who likes it rare. Is that quality really so, um, rare?

Medium rare. Anything more is too done, and anything less is too bloody. And only the outside of a steak has to be cooked, if I'm correct.

You guys are gross. I want to know my steak is dead, darnit! Medium well, for the most part. It's still nice and juicy, but it's not still alive. I got violently ill once from eating a medium steak, so I've stayed away from that.

not on this steak, it was the best.. the best flavor.... the best texture, everything, it was cooked to perfection... and A1 made it taste like every other steak i had before.

My dad says that you should only eat medium well or better cooked (he is a doctor), so medium well.

Medium rare teh r0xx0rs. I ate medium rare (by accident, I think) after eating well done for a really long while, and I hadn't realized how much better medium rare was. And now, I love medium rare.
